commercial carpet cleaner with steam

Posted: Tuesday, January 13, 2009 6:37:42 AM
Hello,

I just bought a commercial carpet cleaner with steam from daimer.com to clean the carpeting in my house. As much training as I have given to my dog, he still has more accidents on my carpet than I had hoped ... even after 5 years!

I haven't received the machine yet, but hope it works for carpet stain removal. Daimer has a new carpet cleaning solution that's green and supposed to clean very well. I bought a couple of gallons of it. I really need to get a total solution that works for me.

Has anyone out there bought a carpet cleaner to clean pet stains from their carpets? Is it doing the job you expected?

Did you buy one with heat? I was told carpet steam cleaners are more effective than carpet cleaners without heat. The heated ones also help to kill bacteria from what I understand.

Did I make a good decision to buy a machine with heat versus no heat?

Thanks
Mark

Yes, you just made the right decision. Steam cleaning can get rid of most fungi, dust mites, viruses as well as pet stains. This goes well with simple green cleaning solution. It's a great non-toxic cleaner that can be diluted into the steam machine.

I will suggest about that green cleaning solution Stella, did you mean that a solution that is 100% green and eco-friendly?

For a carpet cleaning beachside chem dry it is a fast drying and very effective to take away stains.

there is a product called nature's remedy that you can use for the bad spots. i have 4 shi tzus. i love them to death but they still have accidents in the house when i am not home. natures remedy could be used before you clean. first clean the accident then apply natures remedy. let it dry. as it dries it destroys odor and the enzymes kill the urine. use your new steam machine at least once a month. you're lucky you only have one dog!!!
