looking for some feed back

I am in the process of writiing a book about health with a focus on water and how water can help bring us closer to good health. I have been learning about structured water and how what I call healthy water can help clean our bodies even more than what we ever thought possible. I would love some feed back about what you may think about water consumption and what you would like to know about water. I have a one page site kind of like a blog that asks questions about what my book will be about. If you don't mind giving me some inforamtion or just telling me what you think about the topic I would be very grateful to you for your input. You can find it at livinghealthylonger.com and if you give me your input and leave me any contact info I will send you a copy of the book for free for helping me out. I would like to think you in advance for your help as I would like to give good information in my book.

Our body is made up mostly of water. Water is a natural detoxifying agent. It is essential to drink atleast 2 liters of water to aid digestion. Drinking water will hydrate our body. Pure water is also a healing agent. Water helps dissolving all the minerals and vitamins and helps pass to all the parts of the body. Drinking water before meals will help control your appetite.

I think it's a good topic. Question! How harmful, or helpful, is the bottled water that we all consume so readily?

I would like to know if there are plans in the future to regulate bottled water, such as there already are regulations with tap water.
