Guide to Getting Rid of Your Nail Fungus

Posted: Monday, November 12, 2007 9:58:23 AM
Treating Nail Fungus is usually difficult as there are many cases where repeat infections occur.

There are a few treatment options but the best one in my opinion is ZetaClear. It's an all natural herbal nail fungi remedy that's got a proven record of working.

ZetaClear helps a new nail grow infection free, slowly replacing the infected portion of your nail. You typically take these type of medications for six months but won't see the end results of treatment until the nail grows back. It may take 8 months or longer to treat and eliminate the infection. Repeat infections are a huge possibility especially if you continue to expose your nails to warm and moist conditions.

If you work in this type of environment all the time you may speak with your doctor and they can get you a special plastic footing that will protect you from nail fungi.

Nail fungus can be treated with over-the-counter antifungal nail creams and ointments. But they aren't very effective. If your nail infection is severe or extremely painful, you should consult your doctor.

Do you have to replace all your shoes, socks and gloves to prevent the repeat infections?

Hi Ben,

From what I hear you do not have to replace anything. The nail fungus can come back if your feet are in moist or wet environments, that also includes sweaty feet. If this does happen then you should change your socks and if your feet are wet then it's best that you have a backup pair of shoes so that you can change.

I have had this nail fungus most of my life. I have tried everything over the counter, old remedies, etc...But unintentionally I happened on something that seems to be working and is very inexpensive. Because I acquired an ingrown nail that was trying to get infected, I bought a foot massager and started soaking my feet in straight hydrogen peroxide to stop the infection. Guess what, it looks like the nail fungus is clearing up. I will continue and report later on the results.

Ron,
I was looking for another medical issue when I stumbled across this nail fungus forum.
I was first impressed with the Zetaclear articles. Then.... I read your post. I have had
this stupid nail fungus for years. Tried everything over the counter, and prescriptions.
The oral meds. I cant take because of the liver damage it causes. Who would? lol.
I have a foot massager, I am going to fill it with straight hydrogen peroxide TODAY. I am
so excited. I thank you for posting this info. If it works, I will be telling the world. Let
me know if things are still going well. Please. You can e-mail me on your progress. Just post a reply, If you want that is.. Thanks Ron in: St. Charles, MO

What is your experience with Vicks vapor rub on the toe fungus. I have heard that it can turn the nail black and get relief from the fungus.???
