Is there a problem?
Posted: Saturday, March 07, 2009 4:49:55 PM I am 15 years old. I started smoking lightly during last december and I continued so for about the period of three- four weeks. After that I stopped, how ever yesterday I decided to have two ciggaretes just for the heck of it. Today I woke up with a slight head ache and a slightly sore throught. Im feeling nearly perfectly fine now. No head ache and only a slight throught ache. Is it the two I smoked, or is it more likely that I just got coincidentally sick on the sane day?

Hi,
This is just because of your those last two cigarettes. Once you quit smoke your body tries to remove the nicotine from your body. This process takes some time. When body is trying to remove the nicotine from your body and you smoke again the Resistance power of your body appose it and your feel some sort of headache and sore throat problem. SO this is better to quit smoking permanently if you really want to remain healthy and want to save your money because smoking just affects your health and reduces your resistance power.

Hi,
This was due to your two cigarettes and the fact that you re-introduced nicotine into your system. Your body takes a while to get rid of the effects that cigarettes have on it and just like your body tries to protect you when you get something into your lungs by making your body cough violently so that it can be removed, your body was trying to get rid of the effects of those two cigarettes on your body by making you sick. It's almost like a yield sign was put up in front of you to not do it. It's better to stop completely and let your body heal and become healthy again.

well headache is very common when you just start smoking.
But i will suggest you to quit smoking ASAP..
bcoz once you will get addicted to it ,it will be very hard for you to quit smoking.
You are in very early stages of your smoking.

yup as what stated on the others that its just coincidental but I guess you needed to stop smoking immediately. You don't want to build up a terrible sickness due to smoking habbit cause your still young in your age.

I really suggest you stop smoking right now before serious problems may occur. Talk to elderly or consult doctors. They might help you with this.
