How I solved my High Blood Pressure and Weight problems

Posted: Thursday, November 22, 2007 7:20:46 AM
Hi to all. About 3 years ago I had problem with my blood pressure, caused by stress, wrong diet and low activity. And I was only 25!! Wight, a little more than 100 kg. The solution to this problem came to me accidentally. I 3 years ago I had to change my workplace. I had to walk to and from my new Work every day about 3 kilometers (about 2 miles), thats made 6km (about 4 miles) a day and took about 40 minutes. I did this a bit faster than normal walk and in 2 Months I lost 20 kg and my blood pressure went to normal (and cholesterol too). So this is my story. Hope this makes sense to You. To Your Health, Juri

There you go. Congratulations...that's quite a walk on a daily basis. I hope your wearing the right shoes (what they call? Ergonomically correct...I'm not really sure.) And of course watch for th out for those maniac drivers, make sure they don't cut short your lavishing of good health.

Walking is really good for body.It has no side effects and generally recommended to those people suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, etc. In our busy schedule if we can manage sometime for some sort of physical activities, it not only helps to maintain our health but also increases our capacity to work, and keeps us fresh for the whole day. What you are doing is good, everybody, as much as possible should try to follow it, instead of depending on medicines. High blood pressure can be managed easily without medicine with proper foods, lower the calorie, reduce the intake of oil, red meat. Walking, Meditation and yoga if done regularly can cure high blood pressure and many other diseases... Good luck and be healthy. Thanks.

Doctors say blood pressure goes up during any kind of exercise. So it is necessary to take note of some points.

Stop exercising too quickly can drop your blood pressure sharply, which can be dangerous & can cause muscle cramping.

If you hold your breath, your blood pressure will be raised & again cause muscle cramping

Always contact your doctor before starting an exercise program.

Have a Good Health !!

You've done a great job on trimming down your weight and keeping your blood pressure normal. Physical workouts like fitness trainings can really help a lot on managing weight issues. Aerobics, Cardio workouts and bodybuilding workouts are some of the most common physical workouts that you can try for yourself to keep your body in great shape.
