Eat to lose weight

Posted: Wednesday, March 18, 2009 1:15:55 AM
Guys,

I am sharing my experience here. My wife had gain weight to 75 kg and her Body mass index(BMI) was overweight. She has heard Kellogg's Special K for women. She was wondering that she had to eat to lose weight. She has tried the Special K which is made up of cereals for two weeks and lose weight up to 2.5 Kg. Before this she had joined the gym, spinning, yoga and so many things but didn't work on her at all besides she had put on her weight.

Really this Kellogg's Special K has amazed all in my family.

A diet doesn't mean that a person must skip meals and eat only few amounts. Eating is still a part of diet, you just have to make it healthy like eating just the right amounts you.
