I cant lose wieght can anyone help?

Hello all. Im knew here and was woundering if anyone had any ideas on what Im doing wrong. I have a bowflex that I use every day. I work out hard and I have gotten stronger but I cant seem to lose the fat. I have tried riding a stationary bike only because my knees wont let me run. (I used to run but I blew out my knees.)So for the last three months my work out has been getting on the bike for at least 30 min. and sometimes an hour, while on the bike I am sweating ,dripping and my hart rat is high. Then I go get on the bowflex and work out as hard as I can. I have not lost a pound and I cant tell that Ive lost any fat. Yes I have gained a little muscle but not much. Does anyone have any info I could use. Im ver frustrated and wanting to just quit. please help.

losing weight is very hard. drink plenty of water and keep up the good work. Also, you may want to consult your doctor as to why you arent losing the weight. It could be a medical problem.

Maybe you should also watch what you're eating...and yeah, drink plenty of water.

Running a bike everyday is a nice exercise.It will help you burn the excess fats but it doesn't end there.I agree,the quantity of food you eat is important and try to minimize eating fatty and sweet foods.

Since you are working hard and getting stronger, I think you might need to have a healthy diet. Minimize eating foods that are rich in calories. It is also important to drink lots of water everyday. Finally, seeking a fitness expert's advise would be the best option to effectively trim down weight.

losing weight is basically really hard thing to do but if you had a lot of motivation and encouragement to do it then you will mostly lose weight in no time. Cause you have done a lot of effort on it.
