I heared that HGH has benefit to improve our skin quality ,i wanna to know whether it is efficent or not ?

I don't know... I just have made good experience with zinc creames.

I have no idea how HGH works with the skin. I heard that this product regains youthful appearance. Sounds interesting but i haven't tried this product yet since i have undergone cosmetic surgeries.
