Seriously the golden years they must have been color blind. Going straight in to menopause which means moods, heat, miserable, looking for some advice. Would like alternatives to traditional HRT. Can some one help ?

My wife suffers from menstrual cramp every single month and I have tried a new product which she was skeptic in the beginning...she tried it anyway becuase of my insistence and 2 weeks later when her period came...she was surprise and delighted to not have to skip work because she didn't have cramps at all. I notice that you're question was never answered from last year. Maybe you want to try the product... it has a 90 days money back guarantee as long as you return the empty can, you'll get your money back.

I'm not even gonna post the link to the product here. Just let me know if your interested and I lead you to the source. leojin_inno@yahoo.com.

I'm not sure if you can PM me here.

Good Luck,

Fitline Champ

Smars, do not take Hrt or any other Hormones. As soon as I started takeing them Lumps formed in my breast and on my upper torso and back! Of course they were not cancerous but who knows in the futrue maybe one will be. The pain having the liquid taken out of these lumps is more than I can stand. The hot flashes have been with me for 15 years I started meopause at 42 yrs. I's just not the hot flashes, but the feeling of worthlessness and despair, that comes on with the heat,.for me I know that they will never go away! My mother was 83 when she died and she was still haveing the hot flashes!.So you see It can be worse! I'm sure yours won't be as bad. Got to go now and pour some cold water on myself! mary p

With a proper diet, exercise and nutritional supplements, you can minimized the unpleasant side effects of menopause. I have read an article that says breast cancer is the risk of women taking HRT. So i suggest you to talk to your doctor first to avoid problems.
