How to lose weight quickly?

I have a very good tip, boil five lemons in hot water and after that drink the water, that is amazing, good luck.

Hi Denise,
If you really would like to loose weight you have to put your mind and heart to it. We know that doing some hard exercise is good but not that encouraging. One of the best ways to loose weight really is, first when you wake up in the morning, drink plenty of water ( as much as you can take in) then go to the bathroom to pee.. After that, eat a healthy meal, if you don't feel like preparing one, eat a bowl of Corn Flakes or some Oats in Milk or chocolate drinks. Then, take a brisk walk around your house or just inside your room. If you like, you can play with your dog. You are now perspiring, again, drink lots of water and at lunch, just eat some carbs and fruits.. Again don't forget the water.. Water is actually the best regimen not only for weight loss, but all types of illnesses as well.

Permanent weight loss takes time and effort.It requires focus and a lifelong commitment.

Hi! Medical procedures such as liposuction and tummy tuck have been deemed by many women as the easiest way to get rid of fats. As long as you are financially prepared, and emotionally and physically prepared, I think there is nothing wrong in going under some little knife. Also, and very importantly, having the best doctor to do it is a must.

3.Drink a glass of water before you start the meal
4.Have another glass of water while you are having the meal
5.Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks,
6.Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons
7.Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice.

A Proper way to excercise, fitness program ,and eating a lite meal,is a great way to make a healthy weight.avoid a soft drink and junk food like pizza, burger etc.

How to make my weight down from 54kg to 49kg, because I have try a lot way but yet still same weight and nthing much change.

Proper Daily exercising. Daily taking a morning walk.Proper eating habits will surely serve the cause.Apart from that, Daily exhaustive work like heavy work that make you perspire will help you a lot.

Please don't think to do so, it can heart you if you didn't follow natural ways and try some quick method.
