you can't really avoid wrinkles. you can use cosmetic creams to help lift them so they are not noticable but unless you want surgery there is no "cure" for wrinkles. there are a lot of creams and moisturizers, eye creams, face creams, acne creams, but you just have to try them to find out what works for you. tretoin is a good cream and this drug is in many over the counter creams. you just have to look. try going to other skin care forums. there are more answers there then you probably have questions for. use sunscreen, keep hydrated, get enough sleep, and eat healthy.

To avoid wrinkles :

1.The sun is known to increase the formation of wrinkles prematurely. The more you expose your skin to the UV light of the sun the more you place yourself at risk to premature aging. The important thing to remember is to always wear protection from the harmful rays.
Wear sunscreen or wear protective clothing to reduce the skin exposure, ie, sun hats or sunglasses.

2.Drink plenty of water every day. It is recommended to drink about 6-8 glasses of water each day to keep the body and skin hydrated.

You can use fruits and vegetables for avoiding wrinkles on the face. One, you can cut slices of cucumber and put them on you face for a while. Wash your face with cold water, or wrap ice in a cloth and use it to massage the face. Use natural skin care products.
