I called customer service an it told me to call back at mountain time!! I called back later and the phone rang busy. When I ordered it and stupid on my part there were no phone # and I was only suppose to be charged 3.95. I was never charged that but I was charged 89.31 What I had to do was change my credit card # all together so I would not be charged again. P.S. they don't work!!

I agree with all a total scam, i too had a very hard time getting through to cancel the automatic shipping it took me 5 days and then was told quote i was past the 14 day and even though it has not shipped yet i have been billed and there was nothing she could do about it. I too was charged the 89.31 not the 87.31 and also got charged a 2.50 MC charge as well.
We all need to contact BBB to file a legal complaint to shut them down once and for all!

I have just tried to call and no answer. I am sending a registered letter and contacting my credit card to stop any further charges. I hope this works. You are right , this is a fraud.

I just got off the phone with Brian - he would not give me his last name. He said he was the only manager, that he ran the show. He refused to credit my account with the $89.31 for the surprise enrollment. I only signed up for the free sample - for the $3.95 shipping and handling. I believe that the ad is very misleading and for that alone my request should have been honored. He told me I needed to read everything. I was a week late. He offered other products saying he couldn't resell my products because of possible tampering. I do a lot of online business and have NEVER had any problem returning unopened bottles of anything!!!! This is a scam and something must be done about it. I just recently received a small settlement from a national suit concerning a different product I bought. Let's put our heads together and figure out a way to stop this scam and get our money back from such business people. Any one interested in pursuing this? Anna from Standish, ME

My first post was long and perhaps the request for action got lost in its length. Let's do something about this. No need to be a victim here. Let's work together to find out how we can get our money back. I will keep my unopened bottles ready to return as soon as we figure out how to bring this operation to ethical people's attention. Anyone out there with legal knowledge?

I am another victim of the COLONCure scam.IF you have read most all of the complaints lodged against this company, believe me they are true..In order to stop this outrageous theft, you MUST cancel the credit card that you used to pay for the shipping and handling fee. That should stop any further charges that you might receive..When you receive your first order after the free sample, please do not open it. As this is an order that you did not place, refuse to accept it and return it to COLONCure. You may never get your money back, but you will not have to pay this company any more.

I am also a victim of this SCAM operation. In order to cancel you must call 801 208 7485 UT.. The problem is that it is almost impossible to get thru to this number. The line is always busy or they don't answer at all.I did get a recorded message one time that told me there were 25 calls ahead of me.I was offered the option to hold or call back later.I paid $3.95 shipping charges for a FREE trial bottle.I was billed $89.31 before I had the opportunity to test this product.I never agreed to buy the item that I was charged for.I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop any future charges.I have not received the order and I intend to refuse to accept it and return it un opened to the sender.

I am another victim of the COLONCure scam. I have been getting thru on the phone but that still have not resolve the issue of them take $89.31 once but twice. I order the trial and three days after getting the product I was charged $89.31. I called them immediately to cancel and get my refund. They told me that they was going to refund me on the February 11, 2008, instead they charge me another $89.31 which they took $178.62 without my authorization. I have called them everyday since February 11, they have lied, everyday and it is now March 3 and I have not still receive my refund.
