3/8/2008 3:13:51 AM Apparently you can't even order the stuff if you live in Utah. I got something in my email about this product. I go to the website and try to order it but it won't even let me put in my state. But from the looks of it I'm lucky that they won't take my order! I have 2 kids so I can't afford to be taken. Hopefully the BBB will put them out of business SOON!

3/10/2008 1:32:41 PM I WAS ALSO RIPPED OFF. I GOT THE TRIAL THAT I PAID FOR AND SAW IT WAS 80 SOMETHING A MONTH SO I CALLED AND CANCELED. I MADE SURE I ASKED OK SO I WONT BE CHARGE ANYTHING RIGHT AND HE SAID NO YOU WONT BE CHARGED BECUASE YOU CANCELED IN TIME. WELL GUESS WHAT A WEEK OR LATER NUBODI TOOK 89 SOMETHING OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT! I CALLED AND YELLED AND THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND IT WHEN I SEND IT BACK. I SENT IT BACK AND GOT INSURANCE AND DELIEVERY CONFIRMATION. IT WAS SENT THERE SATURDAY SO TODAY IS MONDAY AND IM CALLING BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO GO AND PICK IT UP AND I KNOW THEY WONT. I'M STILL ON HOLD SO FAR 15 MIN. AND COUNTING!

AND FINALLY SOMEONE CAME ON AND AFTER SOME "TALKING" WITH HIS "SUPERVISOR" HE SAID THEY WILL REFUND ME MY MONEY AND IT'LL TAKE 8-10 BUSINESS DAYS AND I MADE SURE TO GET MY CANCELATION # IN CASE THEY TRY AND DO THIS CRAP AGAIN. i TOLD THEM I SENT MY PACKAGE AND ITS AT THIER POST OFFICE AND I MADE SURE TO ADD I HAD INSURANCE AND DELIEVERY CONFIRMATION ON IT AND HE ASKED FOR THE CODE ON IT AND I GUESS LOOKED IT UP TO MAKE SURE I WASNT LYING. I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING WHAT I DID TO SAVE YOU FURTHER HASSLE AND MONEY.

It will cost you $93.26 because they won't answer the phone to cancell. Finally after using many cell phones here in the house, we all called to see if any of us could get through, well someone answered and said they will talk to their supervisor and for me to call back tomorrow. Here we go again with the "no answer". She even said she would e-mail me. Didn't happen. I finally am filling out a dispute form with my credit card company and I cancelled my card and am getting a new one with a different number, Please don't get scammed

If not, maybe we can write a letter to Better Business Buerau and all sign it ?
I check their website again to make sure that none of us actually did not sign any agreement, what I see on the site - it just information, there is no box which asking you agree or not to terms and condition, I found out that until you give them you credit card information, there is no any agreement. Am I right ?

4/16/2008 12:17:03 PM I'm going to go to the BBB site and complain. Someone at Nubodi said they were a member of BBB. I was told that they were going to send it every month and there wasn't a thing I could do about it. My credit card company said they would fight it out with them.
