4/16/2008 12:17:03 PM I'm going to go to the BBB site and complain. Someone at Nubodi said they were a member of BBB. I was told that they were going to send it every month and there wasn't a thing I could do about it. My credit card company said they would fight it out with them.

4/22/2008 4:19:29 PM I'm complaining about this company too. Apparently, my cell number and their customer service number are very similar, with the exception of a number somewhere in the phone number. I have been receiving calls daily in regards to people wanting to cancel their subscription to this company. Now, I can roughly estimate there have been at least 40 calls to my cell number since January alone, this isn't including Oct, Nov, and Dec of last year.

I have called several times to the company to complain, and there is nothing they will do about it...shy of telling me to change my cell phone number. Hell I'm wondering if any of the people that posted on here called my cell. Either way, I'm mad and was wondering if there was anything to do legally against this company?

5/6/2008 11:45:30 AM SAME HERE....I ordered Colon Cleanse. Then see today a charge for $89.31 on my banking account! I went & looked down about 5 entries, and sure enough there was the same number where I paid S&H for the TRIAL. Never saw anything about them sending stuff automatically if not cancelled! THAT was MY stupidity. But they are charging me for "Green Tea" it says, which I did NOT order. I have got the number for customer service (which I see from you guys listing a number, it IS the same number on the charge info through my bank with UT after it) and am about to call them. FIRST I contacted my BANK, as I did this as a Visa purchase. I am sure even if I refuse delivery, they will charge me for S&H....anyone know how much THAT is? Probably $15-20 if I am guessing! UGH this really pisses me off big time! Kim

I said "Even if I do not touch it, refuse it straight from you from the postal service & then you charge me the S&H ONLY?"...NOPE! You are STUCK with this crap, for almost $90, screwed! 5/12/2008 10:28:26 PM colon cure is a rip off they said you must cancel by 14 days and orders shipped cannot be cancelled. they said the product was already ship until now i have not receive it.
why no return policy, simple their product does not work. cancel your card bec they will charge it again even they said they cancelled it.
pls report to better business bureau and fcc about this company so they will investigate what this company is doing.

5/13/2008 4:01:54 PM I too have been scammed by them. I was not informed of the 89.31 charge until after I agreed to pay the 4.95 shipping and handling charge. I called today and was able to get threw, but when I explaned to the company that I had gotten sick from there product I was informed that they had no refunds and they dio not take there product back.

5/22/2008 2:38:50 PM I have called twice to be sure they dont'n charge anything to my cc and it seems that the are prepared to the cancellation call. The just asked your phone#, your name and very quick the give you a confirmation number of the cancellation. I haven't receive my last cc statement, so I can't check if they really didn't charge the $89.00.

6/9/2008 1:12:12 PM I also ordered a trail bottle and was to pay S&H. Not only was I charged the shipping and handling but my cc has been charged $89.31( my cc is disputing this charge} for a shipment which I haven't received yet. I finally reached someone by phone and when I disputed the charge and shipment he hung up on me. I kept calling until I finally reach them again and spoke to a girl named Alex and she gave me a cancellation number and assured me I would not be charged again. I will have to wait and see. I also have in a call to the Utah States Attorney General to report this company. And I am going to call the Utah BBB. Something needs to be done about this.
