I finally got thru to someone today. I have had 4 deductions from my account, the last one being today. I received the sample and have not received anything after this. It is my fault, I just forgot about it when I didn't receive anything else, and I only balance my checking accounts every couple of months. I have been buying vitamins and supplements online and when I saw the NuBodi I didn't even think about it not being that charge, since they are really close
They SAID they have confirmation of receipt in April, the shipments in May and June don't show a confirmation and they are in the process of sending me another. I explained to her that I have never received anything and she said the best she could do was to refund the two months that don't show confirmation of receipt. Whoever is getting this stuff, that is supposedly coming to me, I hope they appreciate the gift, I am sure they would have preferred roses or candy.
When I told her that I wanted a refund for July because I didn't think I should have to pay for something that I am not getting. She explained to me that they DO NOT except returns. I just learned a very expensive lesson. And watch out, the way I caught it, is it now shows up as Colon Smart, which is another company altogether, and judging from the posts for it, they are doing the same thing. This charge is $89.31, their charge is $88.71 -- real close, huh?

I just went back and checked my bank account. They deducted the trial charge, then 4 additional charges. The amazing thing is, each month the name changes. These are the names that show up: WWM NuBodi, IP NuBodi, Nubodi, Green Tea Pill Power, and IP Colon Smart.

I recieved my packet today... I called them right then and there in about less than 20minutes someone picked-up ..I explain to him that due to my news of being pregnant I cannot take the pills.. the guy was nice enough to tell me that I was very much on time to cancel and gave me my #705-68# confirmation number to cancel... After 3 hours later I decieded to test drive the phone call again this time I got a lady name Sarah in less then 15minutes and I told her that I had forgotten my confirmation number to please review my cancellation ..she found the correct number and said the time a date I called earlier and whom I spoke with... She said that I was very much on time to cancel and that no charge of $89.31 will post on my credit card... She was very nice enough also to tell me how much was taken from my credit card and gave me her ext number if any issues should occur... So; I take it things went well "For Now" and they seem to keep there word... I am going to sit out the 15days to see if they honor what they say... NOT TO CHARGE ME AGAIN... I will be back to post what happen withing 15days to tell you if they are a rip-off or not...

Anyone reading this thread should go to the FBI Internet Fraud website and file a complaint. http://www.fbi.gov/majcases/fraud/internetschemes.htm. Select 'Report Internet Crimes' under 'Contact Us' on the left of the page. I was suspicious when my husband signed up for their sister company product: http://www.extremeacaiberry.com/. Low and behold https://www.nubodi.com/ for Colon Cure have the same 'Terms' with the same contact information. The area code (801) is in Salt Lake City, Utah. Good luck everyone.

Hello...I received an e-mail for a free sample of Colon Smart. All you pay is the $3.95 shipping. OK ...a product called Colon Cure arrived 5 days later with Green Tea 500. For about a week no answer at cancel #. Finally got an answer & talked to a real person!! She gave me a cancellation number. What should I expect next ?? Will they actually cancel ??
Can they be reported ?? BBB,Government, someone ? I mean there is a lot of complaints all over the net against this company (Google it). I always check first, this time I didn't...hope it's over......

Haha this is amazing how many people they have gotten away with scamming. Just imagine the millions more that don't have reliable access to the internet to post about this. Has anyone noticed the post a few pages back by, "Management" claiming that they are legit and that we are all being "outlandish"?
Anyways, I too fell for this. Apparently the calls to the BBB and FBI have done no good, the company is STILL up and running and chainging names. When I first foolishly ordered the trial product I was billed as followed on my bank statement:
08/18/2008 IP-COLON AID 8012088700 KN: ATM/EFT Bill Payer fee -$0.03 $29.08
08/18/2008 IP-COLON AID 8012088700 KN: Point of Sale Transaction -$3.95 $29.11
Other than the strange fact that they billed me an extra 3 cents for a "bill payer fee" notice that the PHONE number after the name IP-Colon AID (801-208-8700) is different than the one provided on the customer service letter(801-208-7485).
After ordering the trial, which I payed no attention to, did try and did poop a lot, I eventually ran out of the product which ultimately did NOTHING for me, I completely forgot about ordering this and for a while my bank account as almost empty anyways. I was not aware of being under any subscription by them as it was NEVER mentioned to me, since like everyone said they DON'T send any emails to confirm orders or cancellations.
Anyways my bank account was empty for a while and I just recently got money for my Birthday only for my account to be almost broke when I found a charge by their company under a different name(SEARCH VITAMINS)....the statement charged is as follows:
10/01/2008 SEARCHVITAMINS 877-8591109 UTUS: Point of Sale Transaction
-$89.31
Notice the number is different AGAIN! This time (877-859-1109) Unfortunately I have only been able to reach the number commonly mentioned by everyone else, the same one I mentioned earlier in this post(801-208-7485) I decided to call in a fauiled attempt to seek a refund, NOT a return. I reached a lady who I failed to get the name of, she offered me more of their products claiming that there is a "no refund policy" clearly stated in terms and conditions which I NEVER agreed to since they weren't provided(supposedly she said with every purchase there is one and by making the purchase I had to of clicked on it somewhere). It took an hour to supposedly cancel my subscription. My question is, why in the hell would I need a cancellation number? What is there to confirm? This I fear proves what other people have said about it not actually getting canceled.
Anyways Not but a few hours after the call I get a call from some third party company claiming that my information was provided from a company who flagged me as a "favored customer" or something to that extent-I can't remember the exact term. She tried to give me a $40 gas voucher as well as some kind of trial version for a saving program that I eventually I have to pay a monthly fee for. Although I mentioned what had happened to me regarding this rip off scam for colon cure, she said that they have NO association with that company(though I didn't mention their specific name because I knew that wasn't it) but that unfortunately she couldn't name the company who referred me due to privacy reasons that I abided by when I supposedly ordered from that company...the same "pricacy regulations" that allowed them to give her company my contact information as well as the last for digits of my CC number...
On the fair and legitimate end, I am trying to have my bank dispute the transaction, and I am hoping there is a way to DENY further transactions from their company in case like everyone else I do not get canceled. I see that somehow a few people were actually refunded, while others have yet to reply on their progress. I am being sent the first subscription product which I was told to keep, but I will return it as everyone else does...I just need to know how in the hell I can get a confirmation number for it, so that I can get a refund as some of you have?
I hope that legal action is taken against this company, perhaps they are exploiting laws of the system that allows them to scam people legally...?

I just contacted colon cure to cancel my membership. Although I had to wait on the phone for about 30 minutes I finally got through and cancelled it. We'll see what happens. I had a different number though, it is 1-877-350-8480. Hopefully for their sake they cancel it. I will take court action.

Hi everyone,
I found ya'll by googling the address/map for this shitty Extreme Acai Berry scam. SAME exact thing that ya'll have found with the colon cleanse. Same 3.95 sample and not being able to cancel and then finding the damned charge on the card. They are getting millions of us, how can we stop it? I saw that some smart person even contacted the FBI, I did the BBB thing like a lot of ya'll did, but I'm be damned if I'm giving up. I don't have $90 to hand out for this crap. I only wanted the sample like the rest of you. The Terms at the bottom of this ad even tries to offer a cheaper shipping fee to keep you from going to the Terms, because they have attached two more OFFERS that you don't k now you're getting charged for. There must be something we can do?????
