How do you Stop Smoking?

Once a person decides that it’s time he or she stopped smoking, it is better to start sooner rather than later. However, how do you stop smoking, when you have been smoking for a number of years? Smoking is an extremely difficult addiction to break because tobacco contains the compound called nicotine which is addictive to both the mind and body.

Studies have shown that each time you smoke a cigarette, it has cost you about 5 to 20 minutes of your life. Apart from weakening the body, smoking leaves a person with halitosis, yellow teeth, wrinkles, lower bone density, fertility problems that will eventually affect the sexual health of both men and women and a higher risk of being infected with deadly diseases such as lung cancer. Smoking is costly and can reduce the life span of a person by around 10 years or even more.

If you really want to quite smoking then Just follow the following step in a proper manner and i ensure you that soon you feel that you have left or minimize your smoking habit.

Step No.1 Before setting a anything just set a quit date of smoking make a reminder for that your calender or in your diary. so that every time this will be in front of your eye.

Step No.2 Tell to your family, friends and co-workers that you have plan to quit smoking and you will never smoke again. this will help you to remind by other person and help you to motivate.

Step No.3 Anticipate with the plan and to face the challenges soon you will be habitual for this always remind the thing that you will never gave up.

Step No.4 Remove all the cigarettes packets and other tobacco products from your home, office drawer and car. If you will not see the cigarette your mood will never go it.

Step No.5 Consult your doctor for it and try get a proper solution for this. never make a sudden decision, it will effect your heart.

Step No.6 Always try to chew any chewing gum or any mouth freshener when ever your mood go the smoking

Soon you Will Realize that you smoking is not important for you.

The only way to stop smoking is to make a firm decision to quit. Once you've made that decision it is easier to quit. Also, throw away all ashtrays, this will ensure that you're not tempted to light up very often.

Quitting smoking is not an easy task to do. You need to be strong and much patient. It might be too harmful if you quit suddenly and cause adverse effect. In extreme case you can use electronic cigarettes

Here are some best ways to quit smoking:
1. Start exercising .
2. A positive attitude will help you through the tough times.
3. Eat regular meals
4. Take deep breath
5. Always keep your self busy.
6. It you have urges for smoking then chew some sugarless gum or hard candy.

To quit smoking just avoid it.Please don't give any permission to sell or band it.
Much better to quit early than to die severely. Quit smoking!
I saw many members are suffering form lung cancer.
