Don't buy from healthbuy.com
Posted: Monday, April 14, 2008 5:43:42 PM They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life! I paid for express shipping and after 5 days I called to see when it would arrive! it had not even shipped out yet! Several emails to customer service went unanswered. I finally called back, yet anothter week later and they told me that LOTS of people were on hold waiting for customer service so I might be on hold for a LONG time. I called back three hours later and got someone decent on the phone. I finally got my bowtrol and I'm VERY eager to start taking it tonight. I will come back and post my progress along the way. I truly believe that this is going to bring me back to life! I setup auto delivery every two months for this product because I'm so convinced it's going to do the trick for me, buy I cancelled through healthbuy.com I will buy it elsewhere. One more thing, they took the money from my account the day the order was placed even though it took forever to ship out and actually get to me!

Be very careful with ordering things over the internet or through the mail. You need to have a clear understanding of freight and shipping. Otherwise you're likely to think you're getting something a lot sooner than you actually are. I suggest you read the small print and perhaps talk to a freight specialist.
