I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives
and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?
I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures

I've wondered some of the same things. Have you ever noticed how the testimonials on he BA page are usually from big cities? Sometimes I wonder if they're fake.

Hi everyone.I just ordered BA last week and i hope to get it today or tomorrow.I just have some questions for those of you that have been taking it for awhile,like how many pills do you take and how often? And what kind of 'simple' food is good for breast devoplment? I have two kids and work over nights so i dont really have time for 3 well balanced meals,i'm just to tired to eat sometimes. Also do you think that age has anything to do with your devoplment? I'm 23 and i want to look like i feel i should.my breasts were huge after i had my kids and my milk came in,so i hope that i will be that size again.....i actually felt like a woman. PLEASE HELP LADIES!! thank you

Erin, your pills sound just as they should be. As far as testimonials, you are seeing some right here. We are real women sharing real results or lack of.
Trish, I'm sure all of us ladies can feel for you. We take care of so many other people and things, we often neglect ourselves.
You must find the time to eat properly. Do take a multi and get in that protein. You can not possibly grow tissue if your body is starving.
Age should not be a factor. I am 48 and had a complete hysto. 5 yrs ago. My breasts are firming, filling and actually picking themselves up. your gain will totally be up to how your body reacts to BA and how you take care of your body.
I don't know you or your likes, but something as simple as opening a can of tuna or other fish, crackers and grapes or another fruit will make a great lunch. Very simple and it will keep energy going.
There are tens of thousands of ideas on the internet on short-cut meals. Give yourself a gift and take the time to look them up. I

Can you please tell me the website where i can find all of the massage techniques while putting on cream. Apperantly rubbing your breats a certain way stimulates the growth, so please be kind enough to let me know the website cause i dont see the "members" section anywhere. Thanks a lot! =)

Hi my name is Lin and I am 18 years old. Today is my first day using Breast Actives. I took 2 pills after eating lunch and put on the cream after I took a shower this morning. Everything seemed to be fine. I just put the cream on again and my skin is a little itchy and it's very red too. I can also feel a lot of heat. I'm assuming thats not normal. Is it maybe because I put too much cream on? Do you think i'm allergic? Has this happened to anyone else as well?

Oh, I actually also went tanning today at a salon for the first time. Do you think that has to do with anything?

Lin, estrogen can make you more sensitive to UV rays of any kind. Did you notice the rash after tanning, before or when? You may want to try applying a dollop of cream to another sensitive skin area and see if you have the same reaction. Then you will know for sure if it is the cream. I would not apply any more to my breasts before I did this test. It may just be your breasts are reacting to UV rays and are a bit burnt. Your breasts are the closest to the lights besides your face on your front side and your face gets daily exposure.
Also, any type of cream or lotion can upset burnt skin and bring out the red.

I got my pills yesterday and havent started taking them yet.Thanks for the advice marie.What is it that you take everyday? Do you take a protein pill or something? I am also anemic so I hope that wont effect BA. I'm really praying that these pills work.This is my last resort,I will not get implants.

--SOFIYA-- I found the techniques on the BreastActives website in the members area the massage to reduce sagging does show immediate results! But of course they are temporary, so you have to keep doing it to see results.
Erin, I ordered my pills and cream from Ebay as well, because otherwise it's not possible to get them in the UK. I got mine from the SantaBarbaraGuy. My pills (it's still the first bottle) smell like fenugreek actually.. my pills are also brownish green, light in colour.. But since I AM noticing changes, so I'm sure it's not fake..

I got mine form SantaBarbaraGuy as well!! No changes yet, but I've only been taking them for a few days. I'm not expecting results anytime soon.
