Does Breast Actives Work?

Posted: Wednesday, July 25, 2007 1:53:00 PM

I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

--SOFIYA-- I'm sorry I re-wrote what I said before about finding the techniques in the members area. I'll check it out again and will post the web address here for you.

--ERIN-- you can buy Fenugreek pills from some herbal medicine shops, but that might not be needed, because technically the pills should contain the maximum safe amount of herbs that act like estrogens that we should be taking in a day.. I started noticing my results after a week, but I was using a lot of cream, so now I'm using less cream and the changes seem less intense now, less pain and stuff, but I can surely feel the breast tissue has grown. I'll try to be careful with the amount of cream I use with the next bottle! We're both using pills from the same source, so if I'm noticing changes, I'm sure you will too in a short while

--SOFIYA-- I think I was hallucinating or something, I could swear it was in "members" area on BA website, I basically googled to find any massage techniques, I reached this website and the address (from what I remember) was leading to BA "members area".. but you're right I too myself can't find it now.. I'm so sorry about that, I don't know what's wrong. I'll keep searching and as soon as I find it I'll post the web address here. I'm sorry about this.

geez.. I don't know why but I can't find the site now :-/ I'll explain the technique that is to deal with sagging, that surprised me when I tried it keeping your fingers straight and together, pinch the upper part of your breast between your fingers and your thumb. It will be a deep pinch to get hold of not just the skin but the muscle underneath, it might hurt just a little, hold the pinch for 5 seconds, then release, repeat a few times on each side. For the growth the site said just to give a little "shake" to the breast with the fingers, keeping the fingers first to the right side of the breast, then the top, then left, then bottom, and give a little "shake" 5 to 6 times on each side, on each breast, a few times. I'm not too sure about that though, but I guess it's worth trying. There were pictures showing how to do this.

Trish, I put vanilla flavored whey protein powder in my morning coffee. Food is not appealing frist thing in the morning but the protein powder works out just fine. I use 1/2 serving which has 26 grams of protein. You will not find that high of content in any protein bar. I also take a multi vit. daily. Your anemia should not effect your BA development in any way. I hope you are keeping tabs on your Anemia. Iron cooking pans are a great natural way to receive trace iron in your everyday cooking. No Kidding.

Sarah, thank you for the techniques. I also could not find them. I do know there was a members selection on the BreastActive site and I went to check it out could not find it. So NO you were not hallucinating.

Hi all, I am new here and I've been taking BA for about a week now. I haven't noticed any firming or enlargements yet, but I've noticed that my hair and nail growth is faster than usual! have anyone experience this?
Also, what food do you ladies recommend eating for a healthy breast growth? I know that protein is one, but what food, drink, supplement, etc is high in protein? I don't really eat that much, so I'm afraid that I might not be able to grow properly. =/

Thank You Darla. That is a good question as far as the entries.
Sarah, at least you know your mind is just fine. LOL
Jasleen, Walmart carries a protein powder "Body Fortress" 100% Whey protein, (please take note that if you look at the ingredients It also has SOY) It has 52 grams of protein per serving and it has the complete line of BBAAs which is very important to maintain healthy tissue. It tastes good and mixes very will. I buy mine by the two pound container.
Jeanie, It isn't so much how much you eat. It is more what you eat. Everyone knows meat protein, but try adding brown, red, or white beans to your diet hard cheeses are also excellent. Fish is always wonderful. Keep away from too much chocolate, brown sodas and coffee. It's not that you can't have these but use them as a sometimes treat. Try drinking indian tea instead of the fore mentioned, it tends to cut cravings for other foods that are not so healthy.
