I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives
and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?
I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.
Lisa.
UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives:

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures
. I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.
I did find a link that said http://www.breastgain.com/members which did not work so I just decided to change it from breastgain to BreastActives.com/members and it worked!
--Sofiya and Marie-- Thanks guys for your patience :-p
Also, what food do you ladies recommend eating for a healthy breast growth? I know that protein is one, but what food, drink, supplement, etc is high in protein? I don't really eat that much, so I'm afraid that I might not be able to grow properly. =/
Sarah, at least you know your mind is just fine. LOL
Jasleen, Walmart carries a protein powder "Body Fortress" 100% Whey protein, (please take note that if you look at the ingredients It also has SOY) It has 52 grams of protein per serving and it has the complete line of BBAAs which is very important to maintain healthy tissue. It tastes good and mixes very will. I buy mine by the two pound container.
Jeanie, It isn't so much how much you eat. It is more what you eat. Everyone knows meat protein, but try adding brown, red, or white beans to your diet hard cheeses are also excellent. Fish is always wonderful. Keep away from too much chocolate, brown sodas and coffee. It's not that you can't have these but use them as a sometimes treat. Try drinking indian tea instead of the fore mentioned, it tends to cut cravings for other foods that are not so healthy.
Sarah-- no worries hun =)
Ill update soon...
