I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

well I've just started my second bottle, nothing really happening yet, though I think the cream is making my nipples tender. I'm not giving up, I plan to take this stuff for the full 6 months. I'd really like to know when I should expect to see an increase.

I've just purchased my 2 months supplies of Breast Actives, it's suggested to be taken once a day. I haven't tried 'em, yet. I'm still wondering when is the best time to take it? in the morning or at night? I'd really appreciate it if someone who actually ever tried this product can share the information(s) with me. Thanks.

Ok... here's my situation...
I was heavy when I was younger and my bra size was a 36DD when I was 14. my breast causes me breathing problems so at 15 I wen to the breast surgeon to discuss a breast reduction. She advised me to try to lose weight first b/c if i get the reduction now my weight n size my change. I was on Weight Watchers, LA weight loss.... well lots of things but u get the picture. I could only loose about 7lbs.
at 17 i got the reduction and my size was a 36C
I ended loosing A LOT of weight over the next few years so now because of the weight lose my breasts have NO shape, NO form... the skin has no life and I have wrinkles all over them from loosing weight n the reduction.. my size is a 34A now... AAAHHH!!!! my breasts do not even fill out a A cup.
I'm only 21 and I have the breasts of a 80yr. old. This has made me self conscience when i'm intimate w/ my bf. I want to have kids one day and I kno ur breasts sag after children but mine r as saggy as they can get.
I'm terrified to kno wat there gonna look lik ein the future. Would Breast Actives help me?????? I'm really unhappy

thanks in advance to all who reply

I have some list of the food which are good and some list of the food which are bad for us as BreastActives consumer. I got it somewhere from the internet. I am trying to eat according to these list, well..there's no guarantee, but I think it might helps me and all of you, as we know that we need to consume foods which are rich in estrogen, and I am sure everybody wants the breastactives work. I hope the foods I am eating and the foods I am avoiding will help me to have more chances.

Foods Containing Natural Estrogens

Note: Those is bold are also RICH in glutamate.

Alfalfa
Animal flesh
Anise seed
Apples
Baker's yeast
Barley
Beets
Carrots
Cherries
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
Clover
Cowpeas (black- eyed peas)
Cucumbers
Dairy Foods
Dates
Eggs
Eggplant
Fennel
Flaxseeds
Garlic
Hops
Licorice
Oats
Olive oil
Olives
Papaya
Parsley
Peas
Peppers
Plums
Pomegranates
Potatoes
Pumpkin
Red beans
Red clover
Rhubarb
Rice (relatively high)
Sage
Sesame seeds
Soybean sprouts
Soybeans
Split peas
Sunflower seeds
Tomatoes
Wheat
Yams

Estrogen Inhibiting Foods

If you are suffering from breast cancer, PMS, fibroids, ovarian cysts, and other situations that estrogen might exacerbate, the following estrogen inhibiting foods might be of interest to you.

Berries
Broccoli
Buckwheat
Cabbage
Citrus Foods
Corn
Figs
Fruits (except apples, cherries, dates, pomegranates)
Grapes
Green beans
Melons
Millet
Onions
Pears
Pineapples
Squashes
Tapioca
White rice
White flour Now, this is really cool! Why would wheat be on the list of estrogen-rich foods while white flour is on the list of estrogen-blocking foods? Doesn't make sense right? Actually, it DOES and illustrates a VERY important point. What do you get when you add water to white flour? Glue/ paste, right? What have I been saying about gluten again...it is "glue" and it does coat and stick to the villi of the duodenum. In this case, it coats the villi and blocks the absorption of the ESTROGENS in the food. Now, how cool is that?

When I saw this site a couple of years ago, I had another "revelation". Even the bad things have a purpose. In this case, the "glues" in the bad foods (gluten grains, dairy, and soy) don't just block the absorption of essential nutrients (and drugs). They also help block the bad things in these trouble foods, like the estrogens and goitrogens....antinutrients, like those found in soy. (Errrrrh.)

I always had small breast but what has made it worse is the diet pills I've been taking to lose weight, I'm losing weight, but at the same time my breast got even smaller and look very ugly! My question is can I use breast active together with my diet pills?

Anyone knows if Breast Actives works for people who have HIGH/FAST metabolism?
