I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives
and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?
I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.
Lisa.
UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives:

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures
. I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.
Prior to buying BA I had used a breast firming cream called Femagis a friend recomemmended it to me for firming and making the breast a lil more fuller. It has actually worked for me so Im really hoping BA will make me go one size cup up!!
Yeah I would suggest to all the girls not to use to much cream and I didnt with Femagis and you got to make sure you massage the cream onto your breasts for at least 5mins avoiding your nipple. But I'm assuming its the same with the BA cream anyways.
Bascially they have said it is definitely a 90 day gaurantee, I had mentioned about how their website mentioned only unopened and not used product will get your money back. They had said "Only the unopended portion of the order may be reimbursed"
So I hope this clears out any concerns or questions you had on the money back gaurantee.
Carel, I'm sure all of us appreciate you clearing this up for us about the return policy on the BA.
Sarah- Thank you for keeping the ladies aware of the importance of proper nutrition. This can not be stressed enough. Many women
today are just too busy to think of what they put into their bodies.
Catrun, Running is a very good for you and I would suggest you keep it up. GO GIRL. As Sarah fore mentioned, as long as you are not losing weight. I also had a hysto and am tall 5'7". I have a very slender build, usually weigh about 110lbs. I do not recommend other supplements. Only that which I have mentioned in previous posts. I have a very trusted friend that is a nutritionist and I fully listen to him on all health matters. Your breasts hurting tells you that something is going on. Please give yourself a break and don't expect over night results. With being a Hysto Sister, I know that our bodies are starving for estrogen. You didn't say, but did you go the HRT route?
I did not and that might be why I have had wonderful results. You did say you would be willing to put on the extra 10lbs so I am guessing you are on the thin side. Fat also holds estrogen and if there is little fat, there is little estro. My boyfriend did notice, at first he didn't know what was different ( I am a closet user also ) now he thinks I just put weight on in my boobs LOL
Alcohol should do nothing to harm or help your progress. You sound like more of a social drinker and this is very OK.
