I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

Sarah- yeah your right its up to us to make our own before and after shots. Thats what i had originally planned. Take a pic at the beginning of each month. So how long have you been using it now??
Prior to buying BA I had used a breast firming cream called Femagis a friend recomemmended it to me for firming and making the breast a lil more fuller. It has actually worked for me so Im really hoping BA will make me go one size cup up!!
Yeah I would suggest to all the girls not to use to much cream and I didnt with Femagis and you got to make sure you massage the cream onto your breasts for at least 5mins avoiding your nipple. But I'm assuming its the same with the BA cream anyways.

Trish-Well the Femagis cream i'am currently using says to avoid the nipple area. Does the BA cream give you instructions how to use it?

Sarah and any other girls interested about the money back gaurantee. Finally some clarification the websupport customer service have responded to me again cos of my many questions haha/
Bascially they have said it is definitely a 90 day gaurantee, I had mentioned about how their website mentioned only unopened and not used product will get your money back. They had said "Only the unopended portion of the order may be reimbursed"
So I hope this clears out any concerns or questions you had on the money back gaurantee.

Trish, Don't worry, the cream should not hurt your nipple. Some of the products out there are NOT to be put on the nipple, but BA is OK,
Carel, I'm sure all of us appreciate you clearing this up for us about the return policy on the BA.
Sarah- Thank you for keeping the ladies aware of the importance of proper nutrition. This can not be stressed enough. Many women
today are just too busy to think of what they put into their bodies.

OK ladies hi again. I posted on the other Breast Actives forum and now I am going to post here. I feel like my breasts are getting heavier. I have given up caffiene and I only have one decaf soda a day with my lunch at work. Otherwise I drink water about a gallon a day also I am a runner. I am starting to worry that the running might slow down my growth. Should I cut back on running. I have been on breast actives now for about six or seven weeks I have very tender breast just like when I was a young teen and they were growing. I have not noticed really. Sometimes I think Well, Maybe then the next time i put on my bra I am like I don't think so. I don't want to get discouraged. But its hard. I researched this product and several others before I made my decision. I am praying it works. I come from a family of women with excessively large breasts who are petite. I am Six foot tall. and small chested. I really want this to work. I had breasts a long time ago after I had my son who is now 14. then after my daughter I lost a cup size. I had a hysto about eight years ago gained some weight and then lost it and with the weight went the little bit of breast I had gained. I don't want to have surgery or gain weight to get boobs. Ok I would be willing to put on ten pounds. I am so glad there are other women here so that we can keep each other motivated and encouraged. Thank you guys so much for being so supportive. I planned on staying on the program for six months one way or another. SO what is the deal with the suppliments. I never saw anything that said to take extra suppliments. If you take Fenugreek it will help your milk producing glads swell. If you are trying to nurse a baby it is supposed to help it is also marketed as a liver stimulant. So is Black cohosh. Black Cohosh helps with mood and regulating your hormones. It is also supposed to be good for your breasts. I have read many posts and such about the slow down at the two month point then it picking back up at the third month. I went to the site and it did say that it will grow propotionately to your body. It is supposed to naturally stimulate your growth. So Since my breasts are so tender all the time and I am more aware of them on a regular basis does that mean its working. I sure hope so. They do feel a little firmer but I don't know if thats because I rub them every day or not. Also I use the cream twice a day. Once in the Am. And then once at night before I go to bed. BOth times after a shower. I take the pills at night before I go to bed. This way it can be seemingly the same. I do have another question If I drink a few alcoholic beverages once in a while is that gonna hurt. I have been keeping my using this product secret. I want to see if it works. I also want my husband to notice. But so far nothing.

Jeanie, I am using whey protein. I know in my regular diet I don't get enough protein and this really helps. I am having a good growth pattern going on. They were firm and on the move at first, now like I said in previous posts, I went from a almost 34B to a muffin top 34C.

Catrun, Running is a very good for you and I would suggest you keep it up. GO GIRL. As Sarah fore mentioned, as long as you are not losing weight. I also had a hysto and am tall 5'7". I have a very slender build, usually weigh about 110lbs. I do not recommend other supplements. Only that which I have mentioned in previous posts. I have a very trusted friend that is a nutritionist and I fully listen to him on all health matters. Your breasts hurting tells you that something is going on. Please give yourself a break and don't expect over night results. With being a Hysto Sister, I know that our bodies are starving for estrogen. You didn't say, but did you go the HRT route?
I did not and that might be why I have had wonderful results. You did say you would be willing to put on the extra 10lbs so I am guessing you are on the thin side. Fat also holds estrogen and if there is little fat, there is little estro. My boyfriend did notice, at first he didn't know what was different ( I am a closet user also ) now he thinks I just put weight on in my boobs LOL
Alcohol should do nothing to harm or help your progress. You sound like more of a social drinker and this is very OK.
