I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

Marie I really don't have too much will power or self control. I cheat on every diet I have ever tried. But I did get smart. I used calculated cheating. And I kept the guilt out of my diet. That was the biggest thing for me. Not feeling guilty about what I did or did not eat. I grew up in a family of good eaters and we had to clean our plates. I did not feel guilty about not cleaning my plate. I also did not eat out as much. I drink lots of water. And I worked out. I use/and used an eliptical machine. And i made sure I ate breakfast. Usually a protien shake. My stepmom The RN told me to use this one shake its full of protein and low in carbs and sugars and for the life of me I can not remember the name of it. I would still drink it if I could. It was a really thick shake but it was nice. I am a few days from starting my third bottle. I am not sure if I have noticed anything or not. I went to try on dresses for being a matron of honor and I swear they did not seem any bigger. They are alot more tender adn sensitive Maybe a little fuller. Sometimes they feel heavy. I am very committed to seeing this through for the six months. I am possitive I will see some changes though. If there is pain/discomfort there has to be gain somewhere. Ok I will talk with you ladies more later. GOOD LUCK To all my BA sisters. We rock and We are georgous either way. LOVE AND LIGHT. Lets all remember to keep the faith

Catrun-Do give yourself more credit. To overcome a lifestyle is BIG.
I am guessing you will see results in the near future. Hopefully, you will not out grow that dress. LOL
To all, it is going to be very interesting to find out the results for us after we finish our six months.
At this point, I am not unhappy when I am trying on bathing suits. Still haven't found the one, but my chest is not the issue. Just the style.

Hey ladies, I just finished my second week. I haven't seen any changes yet, though, I don't expect them to grow so fast.. like any breast wouldn't. It does seem forever for them to grow and it's disappointing when we don't see results. But, I heard from many websites and even Nicole said that she start seeing results during the end of the third month?! I can't imagine that in three months, it can grow that much. Anyways, Don't give up ladies.. wait until you finish the the six months and Have faith!

I can't wait either. Good thing I don't have to have that dress until 09. And they are capable of letting dresses out. If that should be the case. I am trying to not be hard on myself. I am defiantely trying to add more protien to my diet. I found Albacore tuna is about 20 grams of protien which is good. I am thinking about putting in some Protien shake though especially with all the running I am doing these days. It would really suck if I did all this work and just excersized it right off. OMG I would be so sad. I am keeping the faith and praying that this works. I am sure that it is going to. I have five days until I start my next months supply. I am hoping that I can see something. I sometimes feel it but then like yesterday trying on dresses its like nope. But its ok. I would like my breasts to be full and nice like they were fourteen years ago. Right after I had my son. Goodness that would be nice. I want to definately look like a c instead of looking like an a wearing a c. Some of my bras seem tighter but I have not worn them in a while. I just can't wait. OK Good luck LOTS OF LOVE TO YOU ALL ANd LOTS OF HOPE AND FAITH. Talk more later.

Ladies, I just thought of something. Remember that your breast tissue does extend almost to the collar bone. I am starting to thicken in the fore mentioned area and I wanted to share this with you. I have been putting the cream in this area also from the start.
Catrun , Don't know the age of most of the ladies. I do know some are quite young, But for a 48 yr. old like me, fuller is better! Growth comes after fuller.
Trish & Jeanie, One and one half week and 2 weeks seem to go sLLLoooooow. After the first month things become a habit and you start to not feel so anxious. You will start to feel more changes. I am a head of you girls 7 weeks in, so I will most certainly let you know what is going on.

Hi Ladies,

I am 41 and been taking BA for 2 weeks. I do have a question for you Marie...do you think putting the cream almost to the collar bone area on down over the breast will cause the breast to LIFT, which is what I am wanting for sure, even if I do not get any growth, I would be happy with a lift and a little firming up! :-) I have 4 kids and I breast fed them all so I am in great need for a lift and firming.
Thanks for all of your valuable input, I try to login every day and read the post. I will definately let you each know as I make progress. I am thinking positive with no negative thoughts for sure. I have the 6 month supply and again, only two weeks into it.

I only eat 1096 or so calories a day because I am wanting to lose about 10 lbs, so I am thinking I definately need to get the protien Marie is talking about. I looked at Walmart but they didn't have a 2lb container...just a HUGE one. Anywhere else I should look?

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Darla, About the lift, that was the first thing that was noticeable on me. This area is area of breast tissue and I massage the cream in a large circular motion bringing it up to that area. As I said in my previous posts, my breasts were heading to the pits. I now have them back where they were years ago. When I lay on my back I don't have to go looking for them. They are right there!
Do remember that for most women the first place we loose our weight is in the boobs and butt. If you are not looking for gain, just lift, maybe the weight loss will be OK. Firming happens pretty fast as most of our sisters have said. Some of them are younger and can't fully appreciate what "firming" means to us over forty Moms.
1096 calories a day seems very minimal. I am hoping you are making the best of those calories and really watching the sugars.
The container which looks huge more than likely is the 2lb. It is quite big, looks like a gal. and a half or so. The powder is pretty light.
Enjoy your weekend also and welcome to the journey.
