I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

Im a 34A at 5'11 and had hoped for new boobs by my 30th. Im a closet user too but my boyfriend has not noticed a thing. Apart from fluctuations in fullness pre and post menstal i dont thing I have had any real growth yet. Any advise anyone? ..I wud sure welcome it.

Hi Ladies, my I have been taking BA for about a month and I haven't seen any results. I was just wondering when all of you first started to see or feel results? Thank girls!

Trish, I'm relieved for you. Keep the faith and Keep taking care of yourself. Waiting is sometimes the hardest part of the journey.
Erin, We all are hoping for the same thing. Some of us have our ups and others have their downs. We don't know how our bodies will respond. Either way you decide to go, we're here for you. I will check with Carl to see if you should try something until you can afford BA again and see what he says.
Alex, Birth control, as you may already know, can add belly fat (or water retention) and breast increase in some women. You are also adding estrogen on top of that. HIt that gym sister and enjoy those boobs!

Latifinny, I would guess the belly is not form BA. The pill is more than likely the cause. So Keep trying for those breasts. No worry.
Jeanie, The best time to take it is when you will remember to take it. A little food or full glass of fluid is usually good when taking any kind of pill. (except some RX) this will help to protect your tummy if you are sensitive.
Darla, If you are eating foods that are good for you all day, you can enjoy those swiss cake rolls without any guilt at all. There is not enough real cocoa in those to be of any concern. If you are going to use the protein shake for breakfast, do use the multi. at that time. The shake does not have the vits. to keep you going. It is a supplement , not a meal. If you just eat a late breakfast than take your multi whenever. As far as upping the cream, lots of good stuff is located in this area! That is where that "lift" comes from!
Jessica, We all have had different things going on at different times.

Hey Darla, I wanted to let you know that I work out three to four days a week. I also eat probably around 2000 plus calories a day that includes drinks like coffee with cream. I look at it this way the extra fuel helps keep me on the eliptical. and keeps me from getting that burn out you get when you are depleting caloric intake to look weight. Also I do know that when you initally start loosing weight and excersizing sometimes there is a little wieght gain due to muscle mass growth. But inches get smaller. Please make sure that since you are trying to loose weight that you make a lifestyle change. Otherwise all that weight comes right back. DIET is a horrible four letter word. Don't feel guilty about what you eat either. It will cause you to not have any progress. That was my biggest obsticle when I lost my weight. I have kept it off since 04. I went from 225 to 165. It was hard. There were times I would put back on five to ten pounds as well and have to re loose it. But I kept at it. Eliptical machines are fabulous. I stoppped focusing on weight and starting thinking inches that really helped me alot. Also the drinking of lots of water helped too. I was very safe with the choices I made to loose some weight since I know that alot of people put it back on when they diet and then quit dieting. I also allowed myself a daily cheat... Cookies, Little debbies, Coffee drinks at caribou or starbucks. what ever I was craving. Also keep in mind that if you are super hungary all the time your body is telling you its not getting enough of something. Or if you hit a plataeu weight and realize you are starving no matter what you eat your body is talking to you again. Telling you it needs more something. Watch the sugar cravings, Do allow yourself something otherwise you are gonna make it really hard on your body to stick to the plan. GOOD LUCK. LOVE AND LIGHT

Since I cannot afford more BA right now, do you think it would be wise to pick up some of the main ingredients? I can get fenugreek, fennel, and dong quai for a reasonable price. Do you think I should try it? Or just not take anything until I have the money for BA?

Kylie, I don't know how I missed your post. I have been on BA for 2 months. If you read through the previous posts the BA Sisters and I have a number of tips we have shared. Keeping the Faith and not getting discouraged is one of the most important things.
Sarah, Your welcome. You sure do your research. I have faith you will be just fine on that exam. Good Wishes coming Your Way!>

Hi Everyone!

As always thank you Cat & Marie for your input. :-)

Acutally Cat, I think I have watched my weight since I was 12 years old. I have gained up a bit over the years and go and lose it. I have lost 13 pounds since Jan. and need to go down another 10 but you are right, it has stopped, so I was thinking maybe I need to eat a little more. I also wondered if the BA was causing me not to lose???? I really don't see how. Losing inches is fine by me too, but I want the scales to go down another ten for sure. During my baby years I never had a problem I was always down. AND yes, I have to have that one a day reward but I do count in those calories. I am short by the way and that is why I can't have as many calories as you, I am around 5'2.

Have a GREAT day and GREAT weekend everyone.

Oh yeah, I had my first protein shake this morning. I bought the vanilla because I thought the chocolate might not be as good for BA? I just put it in my 1% milk and drank it down. I am excited to see how the extra protein helps me.
I will keep you posted!
