I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

I just had one more question to hit my brain and this is for Marie. Do you think since I am really wanting the 'Lift', that I should get the red clover cream and use that as well? Use more cream?
Thanks so much!

i've been observing this forum for about 4 months.. since the time i've started BA. I started on Dec. 31st of last year and i'm almost finished with my 4th bottle. Last month I also started taking the extra fenugreek pills that other girls mentioned earlier to see it if it would boost my results.

I only noticed changes during my first month. I felt the tenderness and some swelling. But after my cycle it went away and never really picked up again. I waited until after the 3rd month because some reported that it picks up again at that time, but still no luck. I gave up caffeine, chocolate, etc.. and take the pills and apply the cream at the same time everday.

I'm really disappointed that it didn't work because during the first month I really had some hope. Oh well, at least I know I tried it. But, another thing that you girls might want to observe is that the section of this site that rates BA with a "worked" or "didn't work" always changes. For some reason, the "didn't work" replies are always deleted after awhile. So, it seems like there are more "it worked" replies. Seems fishy to me.

Hi I just wanted to report to you all I just finished my second bottle and now I am starting my third bottle and my third bottle of cream. I noticed last night my breast looked different when I walked past the mirror. Oh well I thought I took my shower put on some cream. Got up this morning did the same thing. Then tonight I realized my breast really do look fuller. Not so much bigger as in a bigger cup size just fuller. Also they feel firmer. Which is strange for me. But I like it alot. Since I had my kids my breast have felt empty and now they fill full. I am really hoping this is working and its not all in my head. I would hate to think I gave up caffeine and chocolate for naught. Also Little random trivia Helps me not want chocolate ok Not really but here goes I read it at school in the random facts part of the school paper.....Every chocolate bar on average contains 8 insect legs. Yikes Food for thought. Ok talk to you all later. Good luck. LOVE AND LIGHT BA sisters

Darla the protien is awesome for you. If you find that you are a little hungry try having a banana with it. And some plain almonds later in the morning as a snack it really helps alot.

--Marie-- Thank you for wishing me luck! Trust me I need it

Ok I've done some research on estrogen and abdominal fat, please visit this site

-->http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/08/070820145348.htm

According to this site (in a nutshell) it's the LACK of estrogen that causes weight gain and encourages fat deposits around the mid section, and estrogen receptors in general are present all over the female body, there are different types of these receptors too.

What worried me just a little bit here was that I hope it's not that taking external estrogen is suppressing our ovaries from producing it naturally, and since this is plant estrogen, it might be affecting our bodies differently. Estrogen in contraceptive pills is different and created to make sure it does no harm to the natural process but this is different. I don't want to scare you guys, but those of us who are gaining weight.. I think we all should just talk to our gynaecologists about this, just to make sure.

Hey ladies, I'm feel a little discourage of what you all said. It seems like BA don't work for people more than they do in this forum. I only heard that Marie said BA works. I'm on my 3rd almost 4 week of BA use and yes, the first few weeks, I do feel it working..I feel tenderness and fullness. I'm not sure was it just my imagination then, but I don't feel all those tenderness anymore. It seems to me like it stopped working all of a sudden?! I really hope that I will see some more changes soon. I'm starting to think that BA is deceiving us...Maybe I'm wrong. What do you all think?

Jeanie, Catrun is also telling of her results. Good things come to those who wait. Give it time, we are not all on the same table. Like I said in my previous posts, I am very sensitive to hormonal changes. I do have 2 children, carrying them was torture. I did not have a good time with pregnancy. I had 2 miscarriages delivered my daughter at 5 1/2 months, she passed away. My body kinda goes crazy with the changes and doesn't know what to do. By adding the extra estrogen, I would see changes, more than likely, much faster than the average.
I could see that you could get discouraged, but don't give up so quickly. It would be a shame if you were almost there and quit.
Jasleen, Sorry for your disappointment. Maybe you need a different combination. What works for some may not have an effect on others.
Sarah, I am still confident you don't need "luck", you seem to have plenty of know how to get you through.
Take good care Sisters.

Darla, I didn't add anything to what I am using. There are a couple of exercises you can add. Put your hands about 6 inches away from your chest in the area between your breasts. Keeping your shoulders square, and your hands in a praying fashion, press your hands together. Repeat this to the count of 30. Do this twice a day. Once you are at a comfort level with the 30, work your way up to 60. This sounds simple, but we usually don't use these muscles and they start to let our breasts sag. The next one is using the same stance, grab your wrists and pull to the count of 30, alternate wrists and pull again to the count of 30. Watch the muscles that are being used in the mirror with your top off. You can see how this will be of benefit to the lifting action.
All ladies, you can do this also, we can actually build these muscles up and get a much better look.
