I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

I have been using Breast Actives for about 1 month and i am starting to notice a difference. They feel fuller and they seem to be getting larger. It hasnt been too long so i wasnt expecting any incredible differences in that amount of time but i am hoping after another month or 2 that there will be very noticeable differences.

Hey Catrun, I know that ritual and have not had to use it I am happy to say. Are your breasts looking younger?
Vicki, Thank you for the site.
Christina, Please keep us updated little Sister.
Madison Ala, Good for you. I also was not expecting to see results so quickly.

Hi,

I am new to the site and have been using BA for 3 weeks. I've nursed my two kids for a year each and now my breasts have taken a toll (not that I had anything to write home about before I had kids). What's depressing is that I've seen my breast grow to almost a C cup while nursing. If I hadn't experienced what it was like to have larger breasts, I wouldn't have been so desperate now. It's great to know I'm not the only one out there going through this. It's definitely not something you share with other people (unless it works!). I've been doing all the things I've read to do to maximize the effect: drink water after soaking in fenugreek seeds for 5 hours; use Body Fortress protein powder in a drink once a day; moderate exercise; use the cream twice a day based on this forum (even though the instructions say not to exceed recommended dosage); massage the area daily; and take the two pills along with the meal with the most protein (dinner). So far, I've experienced some soreness the first two weeks but now, nothing. I am keeping the faith and reading the forum keeps my hope up. Please continue to keep me informed with each of your progress.

Marie sometimes when I look at them they do look like they did when I was just starting to nurse. I would not say younger I know that my nipples are finally sensitive and soft. Thats a nice feature. Ok so its been about a week since I said I had not felt any soreness or whatever. Its back I woke up last night once going my boobs are feeling funny. Then this morning they are feeling tingly. So I am hoping that we are getting that 3 month thing happening here. I would love to have that happen. Oh by the way I emailed the company. Soemthing totally strange. When I got my order in I did not check it out. I know that was dumb but like i said I am a closet user right now. I just dumped it in my drawer I was cleaning out my drawer the other day and I realized I did not get the full six months. Sucks that I will have to order more. Noone at the company got back to me. That was two weeks ago. Oh well, If it was not for the forum I think I would be more upset. But this is where I get my support and its like having my own place to blog a super secret. This is my daily breast journey thank you for reading along Douglas murray signing off. Yeah right. Ok all have a good day. Keep the faith. LOVE AND LIGHT

Cat, I know what you mean about the possible three month thing. Yesterday I was driving home from work (as mentioned my boobs never hurt) and it was like what the heck? My breasts were doing a pretty big uncomfortable achy thing. Kinda felt like being pulled. It lessened after a couple hours, but that was different. Hopefully they are being pulled up a cup size. Hey, sorry about you not getting that full order. How much were you shorted. It isn't like this stuff is cheap.

Hi guys. I've been using BA for about 3 weeks, and I am noticing a small difference. (my boyfriend has noticed too!) They are definatly firmer, not seen much of a difference in size as yet. If anything it's boosting my confidence. I've taken a before picture and intend to take an after pic in a few months if I see more noticable results. I'm currently a 34A (almost) and I would be over the moon if I actually fit my 34A bras!!

Will keep you updated xx

Ps missing my morning cuppa!!

Hi there...
I'm new to the forum and am 3 days away from finishing my first month. I'm quite tender and even a little tingly. They seem fuller, and from measuring I may have gained .5 inch to an inch.
I'm on here hoping to find some success stories after six months, but the more I read the more discouraged I am...I'm a college student as well so funds aren't exactly indispensible.
I gave up pop that contains caffeine, but didn't really consider chocolate. When I start my second month, I plan to give up all forms of caffeine =(, exercise more and eat better.
Just a few questions also...
Do vitamins affect the way BA works?
Should I not sleep on my stomach?
Does anyone recommend any additional supplements?

Cat, Sorry I thought it was three.
Laura What we will give up for a beautiful chest. I am really happy that you are gaining that confidence. That is wonderful.
Brit, Sounds like you are on the right track. Vitamins are fine, Sleep as you please. If you look at previous posts, there are a lot of helpful tips.
