I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

Wow has this site grown with members, nice to see that I am not one of the few non implanted A B cups out there. O.K. Need some help, been on BA for almost 4 months now, drink decaff, smoke and take 2 fenugreek pills and 2 BA pills a day and I also put cream on twice a day. Can anyone see any reasons for my slow if not miniscual results? should I keep going even order my 3rd batch? Please help I had such high expectations of becoming a full B, especially when my Victorias Secret catalog comes in the mail 33 and a small B Kelly

Hi everyone, my name is Angela and I have keeping up with the posts here for about a month. I orders a four month supply and started BA about 3 weeks ago. So far not much improvment. Just a little firming. In the beginning, for a week, I was very sensitive, but it seems to have gone away. I completely stay away from Caffine and sodas. Been drinking water like crazy and as of today just started taking a protein suppliment. I am keeping my hopes up. My boyfriend says I am perfect, but I still want to at LEAST fill out an A cup, but still hoping for a B cup. I am 5' 9" with big hips and just want to look balanced out.

This place has really become what seems like such a wonderful family.
Best luck to everyone!

Hello everyone!

I'm new to this forum, but I have created my own post and intending to write down in full all my details from my Breast Actives journey to success (hopefully)

However, I read all 34 pages of this post and found out some very helpful information. Thanks to all of you
Marie has been a great help as well and for anyone here who is new and hasn't read all the previous pages I'd like to highlight the important things that I picked up from here:

1) It takes PATIENCE. Yes, sounds simple but you must not give up. A lot of people have noticed some tingling and soreness which sometimes seems to disappear during your second to third month, so a question like 'I started feeling a change at the beginning and now it stopped! what is happening? Is it not working?' is not necessary to be made. I have read tons of questions which repeat this and according to the Breast Actives website and a lot of members of this forum it is normal to hit a point where you feel no difference or that your breasts have gone back to where they before. This does NOT mean that the pills are not working. It takes time, there is no such thing as an overnight miracle pill...hopefully in the future there will be but for now just learn to live with what we have

2)It IS important that you avoid caffeine and carbonated drinks (e.g coke). It's even better if you stop completely! Most of you complain about it and trust me I know its hard (as I'm a chocoholic to be honest) but common! do you really want those breasts to grow? if you have paid all that money on these pills and are wishing they would work then why are you trying to risk those great results just because of some addiction?

3)Taking the pills at the same time every day is going to make a difference! it's important to figure out what time of the day suits you best so you can take both the pills at the same time every day. Remember that it is 2 pills once a day taken after a meal with some water or a juice.

4)The instructions for the cream say to rub it on once a day, but most ladies do this twice a day, once in the morning and once at nigh (best to do it after a shower when your pores are open so your skin can absorb the cream easier)

5)If you are on the birth control pill, Breast Actives will NOT interfere with this so you don't have to worry...continue taking your birth control pill as usual.

6)It is also important that you're on a good diet and thanks to Marie's nutritionist friend (Carl I think his name is, correct me if I'm wrong Marie) we have also found out that taking protein shakes and multi vitamins can also speed up your results.
Protein shake advised by Marie: Body Fortress Whey Protein...NOT chocolate flavour as it interferes with the pills' functions. Preferably vanilla as many people have said it tastes good

7)Breast Actives will not cause your breasts to grow disproportional, so do not worry. And remember that it's nature for one breast to be slightly bigger than the other.

Well thats my summary of the key points of this forum, which are very helpful.
I finally got my 6th month supply (took 5 days, I'm living in the UK but I ordered the rush shipping thing). I took them to my doctor today and she said that the ingredients are all safe and that there will not be a problem for me using them which has made me happy. I thought I'd share since I know all of us do worry about our health and its nice to get positive posts...
Anyway best of luck to you all! and remember to keep positive. I will update you with my details :p

Kelly, - Yes, there are quite a few of us nonimplanted girls. I have seen the horror stories 1st. hand on implants. I would continue to use BA for the duration. That is me though. You have to make your own decision, because I can't see if you are indeed having other changes that would lead me to believe that growth was right around the corner. As has been said before, we are all different and you may need to switch to another product. If you do, we would still like to hear from you on this forum.
Angela - Welcome to our family, we are happy to have you. I think Elena put it in a nutshell.
Cat - I'm glad you enjoyed your holiday and are back safe and sound. Love back to you.
Elena - You did a wonderful job of condensing key information. I like that you are direct and to the point. I hope you saved so you can repost every few pages:} Yes my friend's name is Carl and he has been very helpful.
BREAST to ALL.

Marie thanks for the well wishes. I am back and I am getting lots of tenderness again. in the middle of the third bottle like we have said before I did have about two weeks with no sensations and I did notice they seemed to go back to the normal stage. Now they are sore again. Which sounds crazy but I am likeing. They do feel like they are prolly growing. However only time will tell. I am not worried. Either way I will see this thing through to the end. Some days they feel swollen and others they don't I am hoping and praying and possitively thinking they are growing. Like I said some days they do feel as though they are growing. I will see what happens soon. OK that is all for now. I really love the post by Elana. that was awesome way to put everything. Patience...what a glorious thing to match with a possitive attitude. Ok love and light to you all. Have a great day.

Hi, has anyone experienced weight gain from the protein drink (Body Fortress)? I am afraid of weight gain and have been limiting the scoop of powder to almost one scoop (rather than two).

And has anyone on this forum actually finished the 6 bottles (and lived to tell the results)? I don't recall reading about anyone's results from all 6 bottles. It's odd that we are all just starting (or almost ending).

I'm starting my second bottle in a couple of days. I don't think anything has changed yet. And yes, patience is the key to herbal supplements. I know because I grew up taking Chinese herbal supplements for various reasons. They are not quick fix medications, like non herbal pills. Just my two cents. Still, it's hard not to wonder, when will it grow! Have a great day.

I have 6 shots of vodka and two cups of budweiser the week after I first started. Do you guys think it will still affect me even though I stopped drinking now, and don't consume caffeine or chocolate?

I don't think the alcohol consumption will effect the growth patern as long as its not that much daily. I am a social drinker. I drink a little here and there and there has been nothing that says it will effect your progress. Ali, I also take the protein shake I have not seen any weight gain. I do work out though. I have both scoops. I pretty much have the shake for breakfast with a banana or a handful of almonds. It is not a weight gainer protien shake. If it were it would have a lot of carbs in it and this one does not. Its simply a supplement shake. I feel a ton better since taking BA and although my results have mostly just been firming That is ok with me so far. Yes I do want to have a full cup size of growth. The firming has helped my bras feel like they fit better. I think I have gained some tissue in the last few weeks. Not anything noticeable to anyone but me but I feel its there. I am getting ready to start my fourth month. There was some other people on here in the begining that said they had finished and had results posted but they went away. I am also thinking that I might stay on BA for a few months longer than the six months to see if I get more results. Since it is herbal and it does take a while. I know it has made me feel better emotionally. OK I hope this helps. Darlena, I still consume coffee but its decafe and I rarely have chocolate, I do also drink a little but i was told that it should not affect the results. I know its been really hard to give up caffiene, I know for sure that caffiene effects your hormone levels. So hopefully I can continue after BA to not want cafeine the way I did before. Its been really nice to not have it. Although the withdrawl was bad at times. And the being really tired for the first two weeks was a drag. Haha I just realized that was a play on words. Ok anyway. talk to you all soon. LOVE AND LIGHT BA SISTERS. Blessed results to all. Lets remember possitive thinking builds possitive results. Thats been my mantra the whole time. I am waiting to see marvolous things. I know it should happen soon. Take care again great tidings to you all.
