I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives
and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?
I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures

Hi, has anyone experienced weight gain from the protein drink (Body Fortress)? I am afraid of weight gain and have been limiting the scoop of powder to almost one scoop (rather than two).
And has anyone on this forum actually finished the 6 bottles (and lived to tell the results)? I don't recall reading about anyone's results from all 6 bottles. It's odd that we are all just starting (or almost ending).
I'm starting my second bottle in a couple of days. I don't think anything has changed yet. And yes, patience is the key to herbal supplements. I know because I grew up taking Chinese herbal supplements for various reasons. They are not quick fix medications, like non herbal pills. Just my two cents. Still, it's hard not to wonder, when will it grow! Have a great day.

I have 6 shots of vodka and two cups of budweiser the week after I first started. Do you guys think it will still affect me even though I stopped drinking now, and don't consume caffeine or chocolate?

I don't think the alcohol consumption will effect the growth patern as long as its not that much daily. I am a social drinker. I drink a little here and there and there has been nothing that says it will effect your progress. Ali, I also take the protein shake I have not seen any weight gain. I do work out though. I have both scoops. I pretty much have the shake for breakfast with a banana or a handful of almonds. It is not a weight gainer protien shake. If it were it would have a lot of carbs in it and this one does not. Its simply a supplement shake. I feel a ton better since taking BA and although my results have mostly just been firming That is ok with me so far. Yes I do want to have a full cup size of growth. The firming has helped my bras feel like they fit better. I think I have gained some tissue in the last few weeks. Not anything noticeable to anyone but me but I feel its there. I am getting ready to start my fourth month. There was some other people on here in the begining that said they had finished and had results posted but they went away. I am also thinking that I might stay on BA for a few months longer than the six months to see if I get more results. Since it is herbal and it does take a while. I know it has made me feel better emotionally. OK I hope this helps. Darlena, I still consume coffee but its decafe and I rarely have chocolate, I do also drink a little but i was told that it should not affect the results. I know its been really hard to give up caffiene, I know for sure that caffiene effects your hormone levels. So hopefully I can continue after BA to not want cafeine the way I did before. Its been really nice to not have it. Although the withdrawl was bad at times. And the being really tired for the first two weeks was a drag. Haha I just realized that was a play on words. I just put on my cream this morning and I opened the packet with the pills. I noticed cotton wool inside and the first thing I thought was that it was a rip off! Then the pills were under the cotton wool, so it was ok. They are greenish-brownish and they do smell a bit sweet but I wouldn't say they have a nice smell! Does all this info sound alright according to your pills?
I am going to order the protein shake Marie advised from amazon as i haven't found it where I live. I will be taking the pills sometime this afternoon with a good meal.

Catrun did a fine job on summing things up. We can have our simple pleasure of drinking our drinks.
Little story: While in college I was pretty troubled because I had lumps in my breasts and discharge from my nipples. I ran to the doctor and he insisted on an ultrasound and manmmo STAT. The mammo tech could not hide her fears for me, they were written all over her face. Doc received the results and had me back and on the table two days later. The biopsy was negative. Doc did other tests. The conclusion, I was eating 3-5 candy bars a day and drinking about 2-4 pots of coffee. I was a recently divorced Mom, going to college and working. I never gave a thought to what I was consuming for false energy. All the caffeine brought highlight to fibrocystic disease. Cut way down on the fore mentioned and within weeks I was cured! Many years later, I guess I forgot the consequences of foolish choices. My breasts became very swollen and very, very painful. Thought I might be PG, took the test and was not. Went to Doc again. More tests, same conclusion, I had fallen back into bad habits and this was my punishment. With the extreme swelling I could not feel the cysts within. I would strongly NOT recommend trying to enlarge your beasts in this manner. When I say painful, that is what I mean.
In conclusion, Yes caffeine can and will affect your breasts

Elena - Your pills sound right. Some say they smell like maple syrup. I guess that is the closest I could come up with too, but my syrup does smell much better. Thank you for agreeing to repeat that info --- You Rock

so this morning i put on a 32 B bra that i have only worn like twice, and i was so excited to see im starting to bust out the top! hopefully this soon will mean that i can wear a C?? which would be absolutely amazing, because even though i wanted two cup size increase, i only expected one, but my body really seems to be responding to it. too bad my boyfriend insists that he doesnt see a difference even though ive never filled out B bras or even A bras before starting this. i hope he's just teasing me haha

Ovragata - Maybe boyfriend is just not much of a boob man. I will tell you mind notices EVERY change. He is very much a boob man. I didn't tell him about BA. I am very excited for you also. Do keep us informed.

Im on my second week and notice alot of fullness, my bras are filling out... is this normal to get faster process....than other girls.....
