I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

Jeanie, I feel ya, I'm the only small breasted one in my entire family! So I'm thinking it HAS to be in the gene pool somewhere! So what on earth happened to me then!? haha...oh well! We all have our strengths though! If you're lacking in one thing, you're abundant in another...like my butt for instance, nobody else but me in my family has one! ughhhh...crazy how things are so unevenly proportioned!

I always thought push-up exorcises makes your breasts smaller. I've been staying away from any sort of chest exorcises. What do ya'll think?

Eager2Learn: Push-up exercises prevent your breasts from just dropping and looking unhealthy, they don't make them smaller. It's the muscle that keeps them looking fit, so working that part of your body out is a definite plus!
Good luck!

Hi diane, No I am not taking these other pills in addition to BA. I just thought I would let someone know that I found this product. Another member who could not afford BA at this time. Although this other product is less expensive and the ingredient lable looks the same I don't know if it has the same amount of the ingredients or not or what the quality of the herbs is. I also found a cream at walmart that is in Spanish and it is breast firming cream it was on the bottom shelf by the coco butter. I did not purchase this product either. When I was doing my research on breast enhancement products I read a lot of research and some of it talked about quality and quanity of the other products. I know I had read that some other products(creams) made women and men that were taking them break out or made them sick. So you do have to be careful. BA was top rated in the research I did. It also used to be called something else I forgot the name just now. So This is why I purchased BA. Had I purchased a product at the store or health food co-op I think I might have only taken it for a month or so expecting results not having the other folks to help back me up and I would have been very discouraged. I am glad I stubled onto this forum and I have met and talked to alot of women now that are in the same boat as me. Also wanted to comment about the excersizes, When you work your pectoral muscles it does make your breasts firmer. It also makes them stick out more. If all you were doing is chest excersizes it might shrink you and give you a very muscular chest but that takes some time to achieve. IE Women body builders. Its very good for you to get some excersize. Cardio and weights or yoga are great.
I am hoping to see some really noticeable results soon. Yes i would like to take BA after my six months is done however I don't know if I will or not. I might take some time off and do it again after that. I had my laps in results now It is comeing back. Which simply put I am in my third month. I had some firmness in the first month, aching and what not into my second and then no more tingle or anything for about two and a half weeks in which the results I thought I was getting seemed to go away. Just like when you get your period and your breast swell a little then go away after. Same effect. Now I am into the middle of my third month the sensations are back and the breast are starting to look different again. I am pretty much a closet user. I have not shared openly with my husband that I am taking BA I was hoping he might notice but he has not yet. But thats ok. If I had one of the amazing results that I read about three to four cup bigger then I think he might have noticed. I measured a while back I think I had about a 1/4 inch difference. Not really much but enough to say hmmm ok I think i might stick with this. I believe in being possitive. i am really enjoying the protien shake which I am now out of and will have to go get more next week. I think that may have helped with some of it. I know that I truly feel better than I did before I took BA it may just be the influx of hormones that I have not had in a while. I have not experienced any weight gain or loss for that matter. Eager2learn I am with you on the only one in the family with small breasts thing. I am tall and leggy with a very nice round behind. and very small breasts. All the other women in my family are short large breasted with no rears. So I don't know. I always figured I fell out of the ancestor tree somewhere. Now I have a daughter who is probably going to be tall and leggy, However I think she will definately have larger breasts than I do. She is almost there now at thirteen. Ok shell be thirteen in about three weeks. Also caffeine was very hard to give up however just like anything else it will be worth it in the long run. I gave up salt and sugar smoking and drinking when I was pregnant and that was definately worth it. no regrets. I am glad I had the push to give up caffeine. I still have some now and then though, But I am glad I was supposed to give it up 8 years ago. So this was the push I needed. OK so now I need to end my novel wish everyone luck and say LOVE AND LIGHT TO ALL

Oh I forgot to mention that I am also hypoglocimic. I know that is msp. The protien shakes seem to help so does eating a hand full of raisins and almonds for a mid morning snack. I have to watch my sugars intake quite a bit too. I was very worried when I started taking BA about this. But it is working out great. Ok talk more later on.

Elena - Thank you for covering my back on those exercises. It is nice that a protein shake can now taste good. Nice how you reposted all the basic info, I'm sure the Sisters will appreciate it.
Catrun - Just wanted to say hey and let you know you were not the only one who did not get what they ordered. I finally actually checked my order and there was a bottle of Breast Sculptor in there. Didn't Actually take the bottles out just counted by cap. Breast Sculptor sells for $14.99 per bottle. Love, Faith and Hope coming your way.
Eager - A lot can be said for a good butt, there!
Jeanie - Dear Sister, Please give it time. Firm is something. BELIEVE AND DON'T LOOSE THE FAITH!!

When I ordered my four month supply from Quick2you, I got the Breast Sculptor as well. I have been taking it along side of BA. I dont have much of a difference.. there is firming and the sensitivity is coming back due to massaging. I am having faith. Right now i am trying to just take the pills and cream on time and forget about it. Change doesnt happen over night. Just as in weighing yourself every day will just discourage yourself, i figured trying to notice a difference everyday will just frustrate me. Tomorrow i start my second bottle. I'm hopping for some change in the near future.

Question: Do you think taking an estrogen suppliment such as Estroven will help?
Something I have been wondering. I am no where near that time in my life for menopause since I am only 18. I have also been thinking about taking a diet pill to help lose some weight, SlimQuick was first on my mind since it is desiged for women. Only thing i am concerned with is that it regulates hormones. I dont want to lower my levels.

Best luck and growth to everyone!

I just read further about the SlimQuick and realized there seems to be a great deal of Caffine in the mixture.. So I am reconsidering that. I guess i'll have to work the harder way and exercises a great deal more. Always the better way, the natural way.

Angela, Don't over work yourself with you workouts... If you increase your water intake and increase your cardio to 45 min 3-4 times a week it will make a huge change. If you over due it your body will react and its not nice. You could dehydrate yourself or your body will go into starvation mode and then you will start retaining water and fat. If you are looking for sculpting try yoga or kick boxing. They are both awesome ways to sculpt and stay feminine. OK BA sisters...LOVE AND LIGHT to you all.

Thanks so much for the information ladies! I no longer have a fear of working out my chest, I'll just make sure not to over-work it! Catrun, looks like we're both in the exact same boat. When I was your daughter's age, I was a lot heavier and my breasts were bigger, I think it was going through puberty. They started shrinking and I started losing weight after I past 17. I've never been able to get back to the healthy weight I was. Raisins and Almonds? Seems like an interesting combination. I'll try it!

Angela, I've also wondered the same thing about estroven. I hope someone can clear that up for us.

I really hope this product helps! I don't want to go through plastic surgery. Lets stay positive and hopeful!!
