I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

Eager2Learn yes it is a blank box. Mine wrote UltraHerbal on it, so nothing indicated what it REALLY was :p I know what you mean though, could be very embarrassing
Thanks for everyone's advice. I try to take the pills at the exact same time but it can be hard sometimes. If i'm not able to take them at the same time, i try to take them within an hour!
Good luck

Thanks for everyones helpful info & advice!! I had another question for Elena & for those taking the protein, I found it but there were 2 different kinds-advanced or 100% premium (something like that) Which one would be better? Now i feel how those other girls feel, you get excited because you feel like its working & then it seems like you go back to square one all of a sudden. But I guess thats the process. I noticed a tiny bit of fullness & firmness & it seemed as if they grew a tiny, tiny bit but i think it was all in my mind(hope not just like I had mentioned to Elena it was working. But then it seemed like it all went down during the weekend or something. But its one of those-only "I" can notice a difference(well did). I haven't really read about anyone gaining a full cup size(unless i missed it somewhere) The soarness & acheyness did come back today so i guess thats good, just gotta keep it up! Thanks Girls for the support!

Thanks Elena, I'll be safe then. I was wondering if any of you hypoglycemics like me were ever able to find a pill substance that helped regulate your sugar balance? I've been looking through heath stores but there's so many and its usually for dieting. A diet is DEFINITELY not want I want to do. I actually need to gain about 10 more lbs to be healthy and I eat like a mammoth so I don't know, any advice?

Eager - I have not found that magic pill either and Carl (my nutritionist friend) assures me there is none. I also have trouble putting on and maintaining weight. I was not taking very good care of myself about a year ago and the hypoglycemia let me know it. Sweats, palpitations weakness, shaking, nausea, fainting ... I had to balance my proteins, simple and complex sugars. I was running between a 40-60 range. If I did not make the change it would be disastrous. the only way to get things back in balance was to once again, pay attention to what I put into this body.
"Body Fortress 100% Premium Whey Protein" is what I use.
I take BA when I get up in the morning. I have two tucked away in my handbag just in case I forget. If you take in morn. take in morn, if afternoon, afternoon, if evening, evening, a couple few hours does not make a difference.
It is so Great having such wonderful people to share with, Thank You and Breasts to all.

Im on my second bottle of BA now, I have noticed soreness and think they look different. A little bigger maybe??? or just in my head?? Has anyone gone through a whole 6 months?? i really wanted to go up a cup or two but dont think its going to work. Quite annoyed really. No one seems to have huge advantages from using BA.

Kim have patience. I don't think any of us are in the sixth months yet. most of us have seen subtle changes which is probably a good thing you don't want to change drastically over night. The soreness and firming is a sign that its working. I have grown maybe half a size since starting. I did think that by this point I would have been atleast a cup however, I do have to say with the amount I work out it is nice to know that I have not lost a cup size. I have been maintaining and I don't know if its just taking the product of what But I am definately more aware of my breasts now than I was before. When I am going the abs machine at the gym you have to put your chest on a padded bar and I definately notice them there. Or as I am working out. We have all been to the point where the little bigger or is it in my head has happened please dont get discouraged. Possitive energy will help everything grow. Best of luck and LOVE AND LIGHT TO YOU ALL

Kim - I have had wonderful results. Not the full cup size, but from a almost C to a over the top C. Mine were the empty sack almost C. I know the lift, drop and shift routine. I knew the hide and seek with the armpits and last but not least, the magical disappearing boobs. Also, I am 48 yrs. old and my breasts look about 27. They are once again beautiful. I like touching them myself. LOL PERKY & FIRM! Good enough for me.
Annoyance is not an option if you want results. It sends negative energy. As Catrun has said Positive energy is what will help. KEEP THE FAITH. BREAST to ALL

So I'm having a huge conflict with my self and I'm hoping maybe some of you could help me out. I am having trouble deciding whether to try BA or to just take the easy and guaranteed way out and just do the medical procedure. Anyone have any advice? I'd really appreciate it.
thanx.

danirenee- that is a tough decision to make. I think for the most part everyone here has had to make that decision, I decided to try this first. Heck why not. Its a lot less painful. and a lot less expensive and evasive. I am hoping this all works out for me since I don't like the thought of worring that my implants could "pop" Deflate" what ever you wish to call it. Or that I could end up with an infection or really hard breasts after the proceedure. It was really hard for me to make that decision considering that implant surgery has gotten more affordable. It is amazing to me that now in society breasts are taking a back seat again. There are far more supermodels and actresses that are not having it done and showing off thier small breasts. Especially among the young stars. Also a little thing I learned recently that really freaked me out, Not that I plan on drowning or anything like that but I just read recently that if you have fake breasts you tend to sink where if you have natural breasts you tend to float. Made sense to me. water is heavier than fat. amazing huh. I also decided that if I did not get the results I wanted from taking BA then I was going to just have to accept the fact that this is what I was given. however that being said I am also willing to give this process lots of time. Yes I cheat and have caffiene, oooh I know its bad. But when I run out of my coffee sometimes I have to drink my husbands until I can get to the store for mine. Of course now that i have been essentially caffiene free for a while it makes me sick to drink caffiene. I have two cups a day. Any way I have had some results and let me tell you I am pretty happy with what I have seen so far. Mostly when I stretch I don't have magic boobs anymore. ( now you see them now you don't) They are lots firmer and don't feel like empty tube socks. They feel much more faminine. I like the results I have gotten so far. I am still wishing and praying for a full cup improvement but it takes time. I have also decided that when I get my results I am burning my bras. Just like if I had done the surgery thing, I would have burned my bras. I am so sick and tired of wearing them. I am planning on switching to tank tops. Ok good luck making your decision. I hope you have all the support you need for the decision you are making. Again I decided to try this first. If I got the results I wanted then I would not need the other and the nice thing is the breasts would be all mine. Good luck LOVE AND LIGHT TO ALL

What keeps me from getting a medical procedure is the fact that my breasts won't be mine, and that I'll be judged by it. It would be extremely weird for me to accept that they're fake. I don't think it will allow me to appreciate my body as I should, and I might even feel worse afterward, thinking that it really wasn't worth the money spent. My immune system is great also and I'm afraid that if I do get foreign objects stuck into me that my immune system would destroy them, causing infection and scare tissue. That would be disastrous!
