I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

When I ordered my four month supply from Quick2you, I got the Breast Sculptor as well. I have been taking it along side of BA. I dont have much of a difference.. there is firming and the sensitivity is coming back due to massaging. I am having faith. Right now i am trying to just take the pills and cream on time and forget about it. Change doesnt happen over night. Just as in weighing yourself every day will just discourage yourself, i figured trying to notice a difference everyday will just frustrate me. Tomorrow i start my second bottle. I'm hopping for some change in the near future.

Question: Do you think taking an estrogen suppliment such as Estroven will help?
Something I have been wondering. I am no where near that time in my life for menopause since I am only 18. I have also been thinking about taking a diet pill to help lose some weight, SlimQuick was first on my mind since it is desiged for women. Only thing i am concerned with is that it regulates hormones. I dont want to lower my levels.

Best luck and growth to everyone!

I just read further about the SlimQuick and realized there seems to be a great deal of Caffine in the mixture.. So I am reconsidering that. I guess i'll have to work the harder way and exercises a great deal more. Always the better way, the natural way.

Angela, Don't over work yourself with you workouts... If you increase your water intake and increase your cardio to 45 min 3-4 times a week it will make a huge change. If you over due it your body will react and its not nice. You could dehydrate yourself or your body will go into starvation mode and then you will start retaining water and fat. If you are looking for sculpting try yoga or kick boxing. They are both awesome ways to sculpt and stay feminine. OK BA sisters...LOVE AND LIGHT to you all.

Thanks so much for the information ladies! I no longer have a fear of working out my chest, I'll just make sure not to over-work it! Catrun, looks like we're both in the exact same boat. When I was your daughter's age, I was a lot heavier and my breasts were bigger, I think it was going through puberty. They started shrinking and I started losing weight after I past 17. I've never been able to get back to the healthy weight I was. Raisins and Almonds? Seems like an interesting combination. I'll try it!

Angela, I've also wondered the same thing about estroven. I hope someone can clear that up for us.

I really hope this product helps! I don't want to go through plastic surgery. Lets stay positive and hopeful!!

Angela - My order was from Quick2you also. Strange how we both ordered from the same place and received the same thing. Seems unlikely to be an error to me. I decided to take the Breast Sculptor and go back to the BA next month. After two days of extreme gas (I have never had gas in my life) I am not going to play with that idea. Quick2you will have to make this right.
Ladies, I am also a hypoglycemic and keeping up on the proteins does wonderful things in keeping those sugars in check. I love almonds and eat quite a few seeded grapes. Seedless grapes are not actually good for us. Most of them are grown in dust and chemicals. I have been taking Estroven for quite a few years, post hysto, and have had no increase in breast tissue. It did help with the hot flashes, but no growth at all. Actually, during this time is when my breasts started to play hide and seek.
Breast to you all

Catrun- Thanks for the great advice. Trust me I am not one to exercise, but I want to be in better shape. I think I will take a look into some yoga. The last time I watched the video to see what it was all about, I feel asleep after 5 minutes at the most. haha.
I have been doing my best to keep my calorie intake between 1500 to 2000 a day. That along with drinking a lot of water. Like most women, I am worried that losing weight will shrink my breast size, but so far I have been slowly losing the weight but the boobs seem to stay the same. Thank you BA!
Hopefully my second month will provide more results.
Marie-I noticed when I ordered through that company that it was on the list of things to receive, but had no idea that it was another bottle of herb pills. Anything is worth trying as long as there arent any negative effects.

Chocolate is so hard to stay away from. Soda isn't to hard to keep away from, but chocolate is a whole nother story. Even thinking about it makes me crave it. Why it is so bad in combination with BA, other then the caffine in it?

Breasts to you all.

Angela, I have to go out of my way to reach 2000 calories every day. I'm trying to put on weight so I need to be eating 2500 calories a day but it's so hard for me. It's like I have to remind myself that what I eat isn't enough. Giving up chocolate is even harder. I'm a chocoholic and, until now, a day hasn't gone by without at least 1 chocolate bar. Because of my determination to make Breast Actives work, I have quit completely...I haven't touched anything with chocolate in it since Wednesday and I'm not going to lie to you, it's hell. Apart from the fact that I dream of eating it :p, the other day I was walking down to the shop and this girl walked by me and was trying to open a galaxy pack...I was this close to attacking her hehe so as u can see, it's going to be tough, but boobs are more important than my addiction...The thing is, if I can do it then so can you I might treat myself to a chocolate bar once a month or something, but I'm not sure I want to do that because I'd rather just get used to this the hard way and hopefully I will forget how good chocolate tastes like!
A question for Marie, Catrun and anyone else who has been taking breast actives for more than 2 months: Have you really been taking the pills at the EXACT same time every day? Have you ever taken them later on in the day because you were too busy or something? I'm just curious to know, because I know for a fact that keeping your life under hard scedule can be tough!
Good luck to you all!

Ladies, Please, you do not have to suffer with withdraws from chocolate. If you are staying away from other forms of caffeine, you can have chocolate. The problem is if you over do anything. Fact on chocolate. my ex-husband works for Nestles: Chocolate is good for you, dark chocolate is better than milk because it has more antioxidants in it naturally. The caffeine in 1 - 1.4 oz. of chocolate is about the same as in a cup of decaf coffee. (about 6 milligrams) Last but not least it has a natural mood elevator and tastes GREAT! If you want to give it up completely, go for it, but in moderation, it is wonderful!

Thank you Marie It's just that I prefer to keep the chocolate level down as close to zero as possible!
I asked a question, you must have missed...i'll just re-write it:
