I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives
and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?
I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures

Just wanted to ask does any of you experienced depression while taking BA? I feel serious depresion these days and I can say it has been started after I start taking BA pills. It is like I've never been really happy for weeks. I always have a kind of bad feeling and can cry without any good reason.
That does make sense, I think. Hormones can do that, just like what they do to a pregnant woman.

What does drinking fenugreek while taking the pills and cream do? And instead of soaking fenugreek seeds in water, can you take the fenugreek pills instead?
And do we have to take this product forever? If we stop the product will our breast go back to its original state?

Hey girls. I've been debating seriously about whether I should get this or not but there's one thing that's making me stray away from yes. I'm wondering if the breast firmness/gain stays after you stop using it. And if that's the case, would following Nicole's diet "guide" be enough to keep the results. I just don't want to be teased with nice boobs for a week then go back to what I had before (I really, really DON'T want that).

To those of you concerned about if the results will last--- the website says that the results are permanent. BA won't prevent aging, of course... you will still experience sagging as you get older, but the way BA explains it is that the tablet encourages GROWTH in your breast tissue (so it's not just swelling, etc.).
I haven't heard from anyone who's been off of BA for a while, though...
Rose-- I don't know, I'm just guessing, but I would assume that soaking the fenugreek seeds would be more effective. I also think it may be dangerous to combine the two (the seeds & BA). But from what I understand, the seeds also promote breast growth.
Eager2Learn- I'm sorry to hear the bad news.... but happy to hear that you've experienced some results!

Hello to all! I just wanted to report that the tenderness did subside and they do feel a little firmer then they were before my period so there is a little change there. I will be starting a fenugreek supplements as of Monday next week so hopefully that will help a bit as well. Best of luck to all!

Cherissa - Carl is my best friend, we have known each other for 27 years. He is a nutritionist and has given many suggestions which I have passed along early in this forum. He is at 80% plasma cell involvement (which means cancer multiple myeloma) in the bone marrow. He also has secondary plasma cell leukemia. He did everything right as far as nutrition, not smoking, eating properly... He is from a farming family and his dad passed 3 months after diagnosis. He could really use prayers from all. Thank You.
On another note, I am still taking BA and still growing. I am just about filling out that "D". The only down side is it is getting hard to find it in a "34". the "36" are just too big around. I know, what am I complaining about.

Did you, like Nicole, cut out caffiene? This is something I did not know about Breast Actives. I am on the fifth bottle. I have not been faithful with using the cream so much either. But my cup size has gone from a small A cup to a full B! I probalby would have better results if I had used the cream every day.
Just a note....I have tried lots of products out there and Breast Actives is the only one that has given me results. I am 52 years young and this product has given me confidence in myself. I always hated being the sister that didn't get the boobs.
Anyone that is looking for a product that works, try Breast Actives.

I know it's stupid to ask whether or not I should take the offer ('cause it's free and all) but I'm paranoid about buying stuff online and I've never taken "free offers" before from anything.

Also, I think everyone needs to find whatever works for their individual body. i started doubling up on the pills, and am using the cream and let me say - I am feeling it. There's no denying it. I drink protein shakes everyday, use the lotion and take the pills religiously and have completely cut caffeine out of my diet. With the growing pains i am feeling, I am hoping there is something "going on in there"
Kit - let me know if the fenugreek seems to help at all...I'm debating throwing that into the mix, too!
