I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

Lisa.

UPDATE
Nicole Posted a great guide to using Breast Actives: http://www.publichealthforums.com/f-91-guide-to-using-breast-actives.html

UPDATE 2: January 12, 2008
The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

I can't wait to see your progress Samantha

Personally I'm almost through my first bottle and I've noticed some filling out. I actually fill up my bra, instead of my bra just sitting over my boobs!

I'm going through the cream much slower than the pills, though. Is that normal or am I not putting enough on?
I've started putting it on twice, once in the morning and once at night when I take the pills.

Well after reading more and finding only positive effects on the menstrual cycle, I bought BA! I got a two months supply of pills and cream. Then today I found in my cupboard some fenugreek I was using back when I was breast feeding to help with my breastmilk (it has not yet expired). So they came in the mail today and I will try the cream, pills, and fenugreek pill combo and let you all know how it goes. I am very hopful for not only a cup increase but some added firmness I lost breastfeeding. If it helps regulate my menstrual cycle that is a bonus! My only other concern is weight gain as I am trying to lose about 10lbs, working out and eating healthier. We will see.

Josie: i wouldn't worry too much about the weight gain. From what I've heard those who've experienced it have only had it minimally (2 or 3 pounds) and they usually came back off after they stopped.

Trust me, if I start packing on the pounds I'm definitely going to let everyone know, lol

Jennifer--I think it said somewhere on the website that smoking might slow the process down but idk if its going to slow you down that much...I guess a lot of the girls who were taking ba a couple pages back were smoking and they were fine.

Emma--I just hope Im as lucky as you!! I only got a 2 mo. supply but i guess if it works I will buy more...if not I will try the perfectwoman stuff.

Samantha--thanks for instilling hope =] a lot of us are becoming doubtful because of all of the negative feedback and reviews.

just so you all know..bc it looks like most of us on this page have just joined...there is a lot of good exercise tips, what else you should be eating, other supplements, etc that can help. it was really helpful to look back at the other pages to see what others wrote. good luck to all! im praying for you

To anyone else that may have wondered about the smoking, I finally got a response back from them... They said,

"Hello,

Our products are 100% all natural herbs and made up of
natural occurring nutrients. You should experience no
side effects when combining it with your other medications
and smoking would not neutralize the effects.

Thank you for your interest in our product.

Best regards"

Thanks Jennifer! I too am a smoker, hopefully quitting soon though. Well I finally received my first one month supply of BA, am hoping to stay religiously faithful to them for 6-8 months before giving up. I will keep you guys posted. Now I must read on how to actually use the product and when. Is nicoles guide helpful?

Blush: Supposedly Nicole's guide is helpful. I read a few other women here say they've tried it.

Also, I was wondering... Do the directions say anything about not getting the cream on your nipple or areola? I'm curious about that, too.

What i'm wondering is, do you take the pills at the same time? or one in morning, one later on in the day?

I really wish BA came with full instructions! I am starting to be skeptical. Maybe they want the consumers to think the product didn't work because they didn't do it properly, not because it was the product itself.
