I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives

and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.

I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?

I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures . I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. I at one point tried using breast success without any well, success. I just bought the 4 month supply of Breast Actives and had a question. On the breast success website, it says that some people chose to take double the dose daily to achieve quicker results. Has anyone tried taking double the dose of Breast actives to see if it works quicker? I know with any type of pill following the directions is important...but just curious.

wow. i was just looking at the posts and kelly, i had the same question too. i just started taking the pills about 3 weeks ago and I purchased some fenugreek pills because I don't have time to do all the soaking and such and make sure I take them every morning before I leave the house. Anyway my breasts are a bit firmer than they usually are but nothing has happened yet. I bought six months worth of it so I'm really hoping that this works.
so does anyone really know if the fenugreek pills could be substituted for the actual seeds? i take like 5 everyday. 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and 1 at night.

Janie, I am very disenchanted by the responses on this blog site. I have many questions that still go unanswered. I take 2 Fenugreek pills a day. Fenugreek is supposed to stimulate the milk ducts in your breasts when you are all dried up during lactation. There is Fenugreek in the Breast Actives pills but I guess that one girl who posted her before and after says to up the dose of Fenugreek. Someon else said they upped the dose of the B.A. pills to four a day and I am curious how that works. Let me know how everything is working for you.

Hello,
My six month supply of Breast Actives arrived a couple of days ago and I have read Nicoles guide.
But I'm a little bit confused about the recommended dosage.
I read somewhere that you're supposed to take one pill twice a day.
But the bottle says two pills once a day and there is no information booklet.
I've been taking two around lunchtime everyday with a glass of juice.
I would really like to achieve the best results I can, as I am very very flat chested. :c

*sigh* No one actually has some real results besides Nicole but she doesn't even reply back anymore. Same with Lisa. If only more updates from them . Pretty iffy to me.

Look, girls, really, don't the results that Lisa and Nicole got will not make any difference for you. If you already started taking pills, just keep on taking them-twice a day with meal and use cream every day. That's eat and try to forget that those pills are for breast growth, just take them and forget why. Like you'd take vitamins or calcium.

I was a little crazy in the beginning to. Now almost second month that I'm taking the pills and i notice results. For last a couple of weeks I almost forgot about my breast growth and all this things..i was so busy..Then yesterday I went to the gym and put on my old sports bra...And I've noticed that I do have a cup more than before. And my weight seems to be back to normal.

So just go on, take the supply you got, and when it's over, just look at your results and if you are not satisfied send back the empty bottles and get your money back.

And I'm not going to wonder about this fenugreek thing and neither try double dose of the pills. Herbs are like any quemicals but natural. And if you take them in excess you can provoke some unexpected reactions in your body...maybe positive, maybe negative, you never know. So just take the recommended dosage. At this point if something happened you can sue the company and pay off your treatment, but if you mess something up in your body by overdose, blame only yourself.

But you didn't answer my question about the daily dosage very clearly.
One pill at two different times a day?
or
Two pills at the same time every day?
