I've been looking at some reviews about Breast Actives
and I am pretty impressed by what some of the ladies are saying.I'm still not really sure and I have to ask the question, does Breast Actives Work?
I really hope that some of the PublicHealthForums.com members can help me out with this one.

The ladies have convinced me to show my before and after pictures 
. I've thought about it long and the best way to do send my pictures to you by email that way there aren't thousands of eyes looking at them. PublicHealthForums has been nice enough to allow you to contact them and they will forward all of your requests. Select "Other" as the department, enter your name, email address & state that you would like to see Lisa's before and after pictures in the comments box.

The bottle says 2 pills once a day with meal. On the web for Breast Actives in FAQ they say the same thing. So I take 2 pills once a day after lunch like at 1pm...

Great, thanks guys.
I've been taking two after lunch with some juice.
Can't seem to cut out cola and coffee but I've been cutting down.
One coke and coffee every two days. It's hard to really cut out my coffee, I usually rely on it before work.
But we'll see how it goes.

I switched to decaf, just like a placibo affect LOL just as good my mind thinks it's caffinated

can I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night? If anyone knows, I read that someone said that this was posted on the breast avtives site but I did not see it.

no, i didn't see it anywhere. what i saw is that they advised to take the recommended dosage. i wouldn't risk taking double dosage. i
i gained the 4 pounds through week end. didn't eat much, just didn't work out. my breasts did grow, my olb bra is supertight. but now i start thinking that 4 pounds i gained made my breast bigger, not the pills;(

hey, I was wondering if Breast Actives really work? I read about the types of food that should be eaten during the process but does it really take 6 months to see results? and... Once we get the results we want do we have to continue using it?

I am starting to doubt Breast Actives, I seem as if I am filling out my bras and then it stops. What Gives? very discouraged
