Does anyone know a weight loss strategy???

Posted: Tuesday, May 20, 2008 3:10:04 AM
Hi, I am 23 years old and have been gaining on pounds and this is getting to me. The thing is that after several efforts of exercise and dieting, I don’t seem to get any slimmer! There are many ways to lose weight, but I have exhausted all the ways I know. I have consulted a few people but all of them have been telling me the same thing. It isn’t helping me and only making my fears worse.

Is there some way to make me feel better!!!

I recommend to just keep on doing workouts because it is a healthy routine. Just minimize calorie intakes and drink plenty of water so you could sweat more and burn more fats and calories.

Liposuction is a procedure designed for stubborn and persistent pockets of fat which resist dieting and exercise. Laser Sculpture Technology is definitely the procedure you want to consider.

There are a number of variations and interpretations of diets, food types
and quantity restrictions, so which is the best diet for you? You need to
browse the selected diet plans and establish whether they are lifestyle diets
or rapid weight loss plans such as certain Detox diets. Once you have
selected your diet type you should either grab a couple of weight loss books
or sign up to the online weight loss plan. Certain diets such as carb
diets essentially try to cut out certain types of food and food groups.
Basically, you just stop or reduce eating certain foods and groups
such as sugars, white flour (pasta, bread, cake, donuts, etc). This cuts
back on the carbohydrate intake in your daily nutrition. Remember that when
pick a diet it is important to look at the phasing of the foods back into your
daily diet. Never pick a diet that completely cuts out a food group entirely.
In the end, it will be up to you to make sure which is the best diet for you
and that you’re eating a balanced diet in order to drop weigh quickly
and efficiently, to reach your ideal weight goal.

Hi there, there is no real secret to losing weight it's a case of reducing your energy (food) input and hopefully increasing your energy out put - ie by exercise. Unfortunately most people find this a difficult change to make, my advice would be to take it step by step and not try to make changes too quickly. The slower you make the changes the easier you'll find to stick with them.

Mickey, the best way to lose weight is to eat a little less and exercise a bit, even just walking round your block once a day would be an excellent start.

I reduce my weight from 150 lbs. To 100 lbs. within 5 months. I only eat oatmeal and orange or fresh pineapple juice, vegetables in lunch, and oatmeal in the night. I think eating oatmeal can help you to clean and flush out from your stomach all the waste food remainings on our stomach.

Start with small steps. Set some realistic goals for yourself weekly to achieve. You have to commit yourself to a lifestyle change. Simple choices such as choosing to walk to the store or to take the stairs over the elevator are small steps in the right direction. Keep trying!
