Hi my name is Tonya I am new here and I saw that there was already a post about this but I was looking for an update on it since the last one was from july. I am 19 and going to be 20 very soon my bra size is 34a I am looking to increase my size and was wondering how much it would change and how long it would take? and if it did work? I am seriously debating on trying it but I wanted to hear what others had to say about it first. thanks.

I'm not sure if there're different types of bottles, bu my does state: take two tablets once a day with meal and water. and i was confused in the beginning. I made some research on the webpage of Breast Actives and found exact answer: take two pills every morning. I take them after lunch but try to take them at the same time. And after almost a month I still got a lot of cream...not sure if I don't put enough or it's too much for one month in the bottle.

but i see the results already. maybe half a size.

I drink decaf starbucks brand, I was wondering what gave the breast model the idea to take fenugreek?

Becuase it's good to eat something that has estrogen in it...supposedly increases chances of success...I don't beleive it'll make any difference.

it suggests that you take two pills once a day with meal and water, but do you have to take it in the morning? It doesn't say anything about taking it in the morning. I was wondering if you could take it like in the afternoon around the same time everyday. Would it make a difference?

I take them in the afternoon after lunch and it works. Don't think it would make a difference if you take them any other time.

im sorry! i made a typo lol i ment 2 pills once a day lol thats how it says to take them.. how much cream is too much? been taking them for 25 days.. breasts seem fuller... a smidgen bigger.. wanna be a mid-C cup... im currently a mid b cup but seems to be working well.. takes about 3 months doesnt it?

well, people say it is different for everybody. i already got like half a size gain in one month, i've read people start gaining fullness after 2 months...depends on your body i guess.

i'm worried cause i gained 4 pounds in two weeks, definitely not in my breasts only..clothes seems tighter..pants especially, anybody agined weight on pills?

Hi Ladies,
I just started my second bottle of Breast Actives and I have noticed some firmness. I dont think I have had any growth yet. I have only experienced the soreness when it was time for my period. For the first month I took my pills everyday after lunch and used the cream twice a day, morning and evening. I have one cup of coffee everday when I get to work and I hope this will not stop the growth.I have not gained any weight with this product. One thing that I did notice though was my period was heavier and cramps were bad.
