I know there is an article on this site about how this product does not work, but further to that, the company is a complete fraud. their advertising is a complete lie (since obviously form the article it can't work the first time and every time). I wish I joined this site earlier, cause I tried it and now am trying to get a RMA form them. But, they of course do not answer my emails and you can't get anyone there on the phone. Is false advertising indictable? Anyone else get caught up in this? Anyway - don't get anything from them or there parent company - ADVANTIS NUTRACEUTICALS, LLC - they can't be trusted!

Like many others, I have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service at any of the numbers found on here or on the packing slip, including the direct number. I did, however, manage to speak to a representative when selecting (2) for customer service, and I can't remember which number for wholesale/retail inquiries, where I spoke to Scott. Scott was very helpful and had some good information on what's happening.

Although I'm not going to blindly take everything at par, the information I was provided has to do with the Canadian version of HeroTabs having some of the more effective ingredient having been removed, as requested by Health Canada. Resulting from that, 10-15% of customers have not had the desired effect in taking HeroTabs.

Scott is sending me for free some Hero-Boost, which should improve the effect of Hero Tabs, and he will contact me in 40-45 days to see how things went. My "auto-renewal" has also been suspended pending the result of the HeroBoost. If things still don't work, my account will be completely canceled with no further obligations, otherwise, I can then choose to continue with the HeroTabs auto-renewal.

Anyone having issues going through the customer service line might want to try that route to speak to someone live.

I ordered Hero Tabs & once I receive them I will offer my opinions on how well they work (or don't). All the negativity here is making me nervous but I will reserve judgement for now until I've tried it for myself.

Calling for a 'free' HERO TAB sample on January 10, 2009 ended up costing me $213.45 US !! (And I'm Canadian, so convert that at 1.28 US/CDN, I paid $273 Canadian for this HERO TAB sample !!!)

Upon hearing on my favorite Toronto radio station, EDGE 102.1, countless times an ad for HERO TABS a natural 'male sexual enhancer' (a natural Viagra?) there's a toll-free number to call to order your 'free' sample.

I decided why not try HERO TABS and called the toll-free number for the sample, the operator / saleswoman told me all I had to pay was the $9.95 US shipping and handling, so I gave her my credit card number. Then she began telling me I'm enrolled in their 'monthly club' and would be receiving additional HERO TABS every month. At that point I made it ABSOLUTELY CLEAR to the operator that NO, I DO NOT want or authorize any more HERO TABS other than the sample and under no circumstances did I want to see any further charges on my credit card other than the $9.95. And she agreed !!

Just as I thought the call was almost done, the operator then congratulated me on being able to receive as a bonus a membership in vacationsavers.ca and bargainlink.ca . I told her I had no interest in any clubs and did not want those either.

This phone call turned into a real abuse for my credit card. My sample of two little pills showed up a couple weeks later (end of January 2009), and my thought was I'm sure it couldn't have cost $9.95 to send those, oh well, a small rip-off.

Then about two weeks ago (mid February 2009) I got a slip from the post office that I had a parcel that needed signing for. I was curious to know what it was, since I wasn't expecting anything. And it turned out to be a box of 6 more HERO TAB dosages, and a packing slip I didn't fully understand. I checked my credit card statment online yesterday and could not believe that there was a charge of $59.95 US (76.23CDN) on January 31, and another charge of $59.90 (76.94CDN) on February 25, 2009.

I had been automatically enrolled in the HERO TABS program !!! Even after making it CRYSTAL CLEAR to the operator that I gave no permission to do so !! And to make matters worse, I somehow got signed up into a monthly subscription to the two 'bonus' websites that I refused as well. There was a charge of $1.95 on January 12th, $19.95 on January 28th, and $19.95 on February 27th, and this was for only the bargainlink.ca website. Then there was a separate charge of $1.95, on Jan. 12th, $19.95 on Jan. 30th, and $19.95 on March 1st for the vacationsavers.ca website !!!!!

Wow, I cannot believe what a blatant scam this is. At least on my credit card statement the toll-free phone numbers to these 'companies' is on it, so I was on the phone yesterday and spoke with the 'customer service', gave them some shit, and told them to cancel any subscription that I was unknowingly signed up for and I want a full refund on my credit card. The website company rep was a little cheeky with me, said he'll need 7-10 business days to review the 'tape' (I guess they record the orders) and only if he sees that I didn't agree to the subscription would I be eligible for a refund.

Next I called HERO TABS, at least the phone rep was nicer, and told me to send back the package that showed up 2 weeks ago, but told me another one was just sent last week, but to refuse signing for it and it will be returned to HERO TABS. He said once they get back their product they will refund my credit card, and gave me his name and direct number so I can call to follow-up.

So this phone call for a 'free' HERO TAB sample has turned out to be a real fiasco for my credit card, and leaves me doing the work to be eligible for refunds.

And for what it's worth, I did try the original HERO TAB sample that was sent, I took the two pills one evening with my girlfriend, and you know what, I didn't notice any extra 'erectile' abilities or longer sexual performance or anything. Nothing that is claimed it is supposed to do. I'm 35 years old, and I'll admit I've taken Viagra several times, not because I need it but simply because I wanted to be a champ in bed on special occasions. Viagra works !! HERO TABS does not.

Hopefully I get my refunds, this was the first and the last time I'll ever order any 'free' sample of anything.

The company should be called LOSER TABS.

Warning to all potential customers. This is my experience Hero Tabs in which I'm still in a big mess with.

Back in January I called Hero Tabs for a free sample. They advertise constantly on our local radio station here in Edmonton (The Bear). I asked for a free sample, the girl then quickly read out loud what she is trained to say after an order. She read it blazing fast, too fast for me to understand a damn word she said. I laughed at her and asked, is there going to be any hidden fees...all I want is the free sample and that is it. She confirmed that is all I will be charged for.

A month goes by and I receive nothing. I called Hero Tabs and asked what was going on, they said they were having troubles sending my order as Hero Tabs needs to be approved by Health Canada. My free order will be delayed. I then CANCELED the order and clearly stated I was no longer interested. A couple of months later and to my surprise I receive a free order of Hero Tabs. Ok, well whatever may as well try it out. I can say it did NOTHING for me. However, that is the least of my worries.

Get this, another month goes by and I receive a box of 6 hero tabs. I wonder what the hell. I look up my credit card and I am charged twice. One of $83.03 and another at $1.25. I call Hero Tabs to complain, they told me there is no history of me cancelling. Complete B.S. They also state If I don't want the pills I'd have to ship it back to them at my own expense. However, I wrote return to sender on the box and went to the post office. They obliged and sent the order back. It's been well over 3 weeks since sending the package back and I have yet received my money back.

NOW for the BIG WARNING!!!

My credit card has been absolutely tapped into by 4 different companies. I first was charged by a bunch of companies, they show up on my credit card (with phone numbers) as SAVERS (866-780-2502), BARGAIN (800-375-1795), ATHOME (866-847-7885), and GALLERIA (999-522-9808). I called SAVERS and BARGAIN and yelled at them, they say I agreed with their affiliate HERO TABS to join there club. I asked for a full refund as I did not agree to this nor was I interested. Now 3 months down the road I am charged again by two different companies, the last two provided above.

HERO TABS is a SCAM, they are frauds sharing my credit card number with affiliated companies and charging me. I will cancel my credit card soon, but first I'm in a dog fight with all of these companies to refund my money.

STAY AWAY. Don't take the free sample you will only get the huge pain in the ass that I have gotten myself in. I'm a couple hundred in the hole and I have used only one hero tab that doesn't work.

I see MOM has had the same terrible experience I have had. Submitted my story before reading yours. Something needs to be done with this bogus company. This is credit card fraud.

Ok, here is the real deal. These people run their business like scam artists. They tell you they are sending you a free sample but need a credit card for the postage and handling. Also, they say that they will sign you up for a monthly fee ($50-$80). They say if you do not enjoy the sample to call and cancel but they do not answer their phone and you have to leave a message. ***** IMPORTANT ***** BUT THE STUFF I GOT WORKS. I was so concerned about the horrible customer service and some reports online that I thought is was a scam and canceled. If they would just run their business on the level they would be making people very happy. If you can find something with similar ingredients and the company answers their phone "try it".
