Back and Neck Pain
Posted: Friday, February 13, 2009 3:33:27 PM I am a retired mechanic and I was recently having some back issues. Just tried a new form of treatment, like acupuncture but way more affordable for me. It is a self acupuncture pillow. Just thought I would suggest it to you all. It was a fairly spent twenty dollars. I lay on it 30 minutes a day and already, (It's been 2 weeks), I am completely off my five a day Advil diet that many of you are aware of. I bought the Prickly Pad and am very satisfied...but there are other types of these pillow mits? on the market. I would recommend this blood circulation treatment, my doctor says it will produce long term results.

Any back exercise routine worth its salt includes work for the oblique abdominals. The oblique abdominals consist of 2 pairs of ab muscles. There's an internal oblique and an external oblique on each side of the trunk (in front). The obliques enable you to twist and tilt your spine, and they help stabilize the trunk, otherwise known as the core. If after doing above doesn’t work discuss with the best .knee surgeon richmond

A comprehensive back rehabilitation program should consist of both stretching as well as strengthening. The abdominal muscles should also be included as they play an important role in back rehabilitation by assisting in stabilization of the spine.

I am suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) disease.
Can anyone tell me about Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) treatment?
What are the reasons of this Disease?
I have back pain also.
Is the IBS is the reason for this?

Hey Travor, You should try this idea,
Lay on the floor one full night and check and feel the difference in the pain.... May be it's demanding the bed you have used.... Or the dis comfortable pillow you have used.... Just try it for a single night... If you find any progress than adopt it on daily basis....

Nice post it’s really helpful. A new report from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration says that in 2008 approximately a quarter million adults aged 50 or older had to go to the emergency room because of a reaction to pain medications and/or anxiety and insomnia drugs. About a third of emergency department visits for drug reactions resulted in the person being hospitalized. Thanks for sharing with us.
