weight loss help

hello every one im new to this forum

but i need help


i am over weight i weigh 290 and im 20 and im 5'10"

i need help i want to get to my target weight of around 200 pounds i dont care how long it takes just as long as i see progress

ive try walking and running and doing stuff like that with no results

ive always been affraid to try the weightloss things you see on tv and read about

and i need to keep it on the cheap side

for losing weight quickly you use a diet supplement or pill, but i suggest you try to do it with natural way eat small and do exercise.

Hi Logan,
Don't go for the weight loss equipment that you find on TV because they are somehow harmful to your body .Go for natural techniques like have lemon tea or green tea two times a day they are very effective.Moreover do regular exercise and don't stop walking because it is not letting your weight to increase.
