Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

hey guys, i just ordered Breast Actives and am just keeping my fingers crossed that it would work for me. I went on a really strict diet and lost 27 pounds in 2 months so i lost all my boobs in the process. i was also doing a lot of weight lifting so not only do i have muscles now, my boobs are really small and i hate them. i ordered the bill even be4 i saw this site and i really hope they work. i bought the 2 months supply so when dats done, i will order two more so if i dont see results, i can just return the second order and get my money back... good luck to everyone, will keep u guys updated on my results

well i am on my second bottle and have been taking fenugreek pills every day and my breasts seem to have filled up the a cup. I will keep taking them till they fill up the b hopefully. The b cups are getting a little tight, so i guess things are looking up. My hubby says they are getting bigger but you know mens honesty LOL

kelly, what are the fenugreek pills, thats an ingredient in Breast Actives right?

guys, i was doing a little bit or research on fenugreek seed and its looks its used to increase milk production for breast feeding. Does anyone have any more insight on this cus Breast Actives contains fenugreek as well

hey kelly, i'm on my second bottle too but i'm not seeing that much change. i do notice a bit of change but not that much since after about a month and a half, the tightness and firmness feeling stopped.
so how many fenugreek pills do you take a day? i was taking like 4-5 of 810 mg pills a day. and do you reapply the cream after a shower? because i go to the gym very often and i just hate the feeling that i'm washing away the effect after a shower.

Hi All

I have just joined this forum so I could join in the discussions.
Im actually wanting to purchase the Breast Actives before maybe undergoing surgery.
Nicole- I've read your feedback and notes and they were great help. Was wondering if you could send me your before and after picture so I could get an idea of how much this had helped you.
Would be very appreciated.

Hi everyone. I am 32 years old. I have two children who I breast fed and now my breasts are definitley not what they used to be. I am a 36DD and REALLY don't want to be bigger but I want the firmness back that I used to have. I am starting the pills and cream today and I am hoping for the best. My sister was in the same situation and she decided to do surgery last year. I am really not wanting to do that even though she did not have any complications. Has anyone in my situation used this product and had good results? I hope all of us get the results we are looking for. Good luck ladies.
