Guide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives
as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. How I Achieved My Results

1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

im sorry i think nicoles pic is so fake.they could be real but for 1,if Breast Actives works for so many people then why do they only have 1 picture of 1 girl in just 1 position. u would think that we can at least see her from the front too right?! i mean this is important..most of us have already spent our money..not to mention that they look hard,stiff,and too round like implants do.i wish i could beleive in nicoles pic.i havent got a response to my last comment,i think its on pg 11...can someone reply if they think they can help? thank u ladies and good luck to u all.for those of u who dont know ive been taking the pill for a straight month and still nothing..i think it was all "in my head" in the begining.

Hello Ladies! I just got done taking my first two pills, fenegreek, and of course rubbing my breasts lovingly with the cream. Lol, plus I've been massaging them constantly because it's supposed to increase blood flow to the breasts, thus enancing the products ability to work. At least I hope.
And I'm NOT EXPECTING TO SEE ANY RESUTS FOR THREE MONTHS!!!

Are you taking birth control pills? If so it could be spotting from that. If not then I would stop taking Breast Actives and see a doctor. It's never good to have those types of symptoms from taking anything. Also if you are on the pill, you should be careful since it raises your chances of getting blood clots. Regardless if the symptoms continue go see a doctor.
Question for everyone: does anyone know of the long term effects from Breast Actives?? Just because something is all natural does not mean it is safe for long term use or that it doesn't carry any side effects.

My wife, Cadz, has been taking Breast Actives for 1.5 months now. She is taking 2 pills after breakfast and putting cream on after her shower and also once before bedtime.
There has been a size increase they are rounder and a bit bigger and she wears a 28A size bra which is now bulging a bit when she puts it on.
So far we are happy with the results. She did try some Chinese cream that we bought overseas but it didn't work at all. The Breast actives really seems to work.
As far as the pic being fake. We both took a look at it and it seems real to me. The pic is usually taken in the same pose each time to show size.
I think the main reason for not having a lot of pics has to do with peoples fear of nudity on a website and then they will get an adult content rating. That would restrict the people who could view the site.
Oh the reason for using the cream twice a day was because Cadz is so small that she has a 2 month supply in one bottle.
Initially she stopped taking her one a day vitamins but went back to taking them but she takes them several hours later.
It's working for her, so if that's any consolation to anyone, we know it works as it's obvious.

Hi everyone. I am 18 years old. I am a 32A, 4'11 and weigh 95 pounds. I am also taking Birth Control, so hopefully it doesn't affect me in any way. I am starting the pills and cream today and I am hoping for the best. I only bought a one month supply, but I am also planning on using Breast Actives for a maximum of 4 months. I am taking two pills a day (10 hours apart) and applying the cream every morning & before I go to bed. I hope all of us get the results we are looking for. Good luck.

hello, i was wondering if anyone could tell me what colour was the cream.
The packaging of the jar of cream is very different from the one shown on the website and the creams colour is white. I thought it was suppose to be orange/yellow.
