Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

For those of you who may not know who I am here is a link to my original submission to PublicHealthForums.com that was featured on their website.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.   Watch out for the fakes (BUY THEM HERE - OFFICIAL WEBSITE)

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

That's It Good luck ladies

Thanks Kiera, I'll just keep listening to what other people are saying. I'm not truly convinced yet, and I'm wondering what long term affects will be, like an increased risk of breast cancer? I also want to hear from others what happens after you've finished taking it for the 6 months. I mean, is that it? This isn't something that you have to continue taking for years to still see results. That could be quite costly.

Oh yeah, I forgot to ask also, has anyone talked to their physician about breast active?

Hey ladies...Im actually very confused about these pills...i never thought of all the questions before taking them. Like how come the breastactive site doesn’t have any before or after pictures or any new updated testimonials on their site. Also the other wired thing I noticed on this site just this morning was that when your on the Home page of publichealthforums on the right side they have herbal products- by category and when you click on the breast enlargement they have five different products and breastactives is the first one. Click on the Breastactives and you can read that that 7 people said Breastactives has helped them and 1 said it didn't and 0 complaints. What Really confused me was i been checking that from last month, first it was 1 person said it didn't work then 2 then 3 and today it went back to 1 person saying it didn't work?? I mean im not against using breastactives at all caz im taking the pills myself and also noticing the results but all this is little susceptible to me...I dont kno if any of you also thought about these questions. I thought this site was to help us ladies but after today's experience it kinda made me feel like they also trying to sell breastactives by helping them delete consumers results. After writing all this, publichealthforums will probably ban me from coming to this site or someting i hope that doesn't happen i just wrote all this because i wanted to kno the reason from them for changing the number from 3 to 1 person who said it didn't work. Well anyways thanx ladies let me kno if u have seen that too thanx

jasleen,i know exactly what you are talking about and i am very suspicious as well but i am also taking the pill. There is also no other way to ask any questions and concerns you might have other then to e-mail them...so i did because i had questions about the product and when i finished writting my short e-mail a message popped up saying thank you and that i would receive a definite response within about 24hrs.i think its been about 3 days and ive heard nothing back from them and lets not forget the other girl on this forum i forget her name but she said she tried to return the product and they gave her a number to call and basicly shes been getting the run-a-round ever since on getting her money back.somehow im starting to think that due to the certain words that they have used in advertising this product keeps them safe from so called "incriminating" themselves.and jasleen i wouldnt be surprised if they banned the both of us not to say that this product doesnt work but it is certainly a little deceiving and misleading of them not to respond to their costumers e-mails or live up to their money back guaranty.i dont know what i would have done if i wouldnt have came across this site.good luck ladies and please let me know any advice or comments you might have.

Does any body know anything about this. I am affraid it could cause cancer or something!!!

Jasleen, that's very odd. All of my pills look exactly the same, so I'm sorta concerned. You should maybe call someone about it in the corp. I wouldn't feel comfortable taking them. Good luck.
