Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

Although it's natural, I don't think it's a good idea. You should wait until you're done with you baby.

I'm worried about all of this too, I spent too much money for it not to work.

Jasleen - Where are you in your menstrual cycle? What I've noticed is that the breasts are larger before you get your period. When you have your period, I've actually noticed a decrease in size. All this is due to the different hormonal levels at different stages in the menstrual cycle and is the case whether or not you're on Breast Acives. I also noticed that when on Breast Actives, after a week or so, it starts getting larger again (if not on breast enhancement products, you don't notice the size increase until maybe a week before your period).

I'm about 1 week from 3months and experienced the same as you. Almost gave up. But I've starting boosting up my protein intake for a few days now. I think it's helped a little (at lesast in my mind it has) but I have to give it a little more time to be sure.

Hey Vicki- My menstrual cycle is never regular. Sometimes I get it after a month and sometimes after two months. Last month I was surprised because I got it after a month and I thought because of taking the pills I got them. But it's been another month and i was suppose to have it on the March 9th but still haven't gotten them. Yeah probably that is the case with me also. You’re right about the size increasing after a week from you menstrual cycle. Because I did felt increase in my size after having periods. But again right now I’m at the same stage not seeing any results or may be it stops working when your close to getting your periods. I have no idea...but I’m still taking the pills and not giving up yet

Stay positive, you will be surprised how much that will effect your body.

I don't have any advice, other than massage you breasts a lot. It increases blood flow to the breasts which should enhance the products effects, and even if it doesn't, it's fun!

I asked via email a while back about the before and after photos thing I was told its to keep people privacy. Ok all other web sites for breast enhancement have before and after. The one that I went to for Breast Actives had a forum. And there were alot of folks talking about breast actives It got really great reviews that is what made me buy them. Ok really it was the three men I saw on there that had breasts. There before and after photos were something else. I am sorry if a product can make a mans tits grow I think I might have some luck. I work out I eat healthy my boobs go away. I lift weights they get more like pecks than boobs. I gave up caffiene and stuff but I am not giving up the carbonated drinks and Well sorry to say I Drink about once a month or so and I am not giving that up. I know its only for six month but that is my pleasure. I need that from time to time. I feel tender after using the cream. I thought at first i was noticing results then I thought I was crazy. I am so glad other people have posted thier same results. I think its working. I am very anxious for the six months to be over so I can say ya it worked or no it did not. However that being said If It does not work I am thinking I might have to take other measures. I am sure its gonna work. Can't have tender boobs and not have them be growing right. I feel like my thirteen year old daughter. My boobs hurt.

Ok I just got done looking at numerous web pages again on Breast Actives and i Guess I forgot when I read it the first time it does say to avoid carbonated drinks in excess. I usually only have one a day I guess I should quit that then. Does Fenugreek really work. I was taking black cohosh for a while I just want to know if it works. I did not see anything on the web pages for it. I also just read that your breast apparently are going to grow in proportion to your body. what does that mean....OK I hope to hear back. I also could not find the archive with the pictures of them men. I did finally see the breast active pictures of the one women. Is the first one before and the second after? I was not sure. If thats the case they should really show a women go from an a to a C that would be convincing. OK well thanks ladies. I am on my sixth week and other than the breast being a little sore and feeling heavy I have not really noticed changes in the fits of my bras. Ok some of them feel tighter around my body but the cups don't maybe I should buy a new bra and see if it fits different. I will keep the faith and keep praying that this really works. I so don't want to waist money on surgery or any other products. Thanks ladies.
