Guide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives
as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.For those of you who may not know who I am here is a link to my original submission to PublicHealthForums.com that was featured on their website.

How I Achieved My Results

1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

First of all I just want to thank you for putting yourself out there and taking alot of criticism for your results. I want to do some more research, but I think I've decided on starting on Breast Actives. Where are we able to see your before and afters? Again, I really appreciate your contribution to the Breast actives info!! I really really really hope it works for me.

Hi I am very suspicious about Lisa and Nicole too, and you're right why just only 1 girl showing 1 photo? (even I haven't see Nicole's photo, but I suspicious about it too). 3 weeks ago, I posted a comment about them and return policy, and guess what I got banned straight away, and I can't read this forum anymore with other PC, I am very disappointed about that, I will not use this products as I think this is a scam.

This sucks major. Is it so wrong just to want fuller breasts? I was looking in the mirror today and I just felt bad about it. I mean, I'm still taking them, but I'm losing hope.

Hmmmmmmmmm I really wonder who you might be, there are 2 ways you could get banned on this website.
1) You get automatically banned by posting 10+ posts in 1 minute, this usually happens on automated programs, the programmers did this to protect the website from spam.
2) If I banned you.
Having said this, If you were banned by our system you would not be able to log into the website even if you had 10 computers at your location as it bans your IP address. And all the computers in your house have the same IP address.
Now, if you are some competitor of Breast Actives that's fine, you can talk about it as much as you can we don't care. But don't do it on our forums. These forums are for people who are looking for constructive criticisem and reviews.

I also feel like I have to make a comment about Lisa & Nicole.
I understand that you ladies are skeptical of these products. I would be too if I was using them
but do you really think that Nicole and Lisa are going to comment after you guys put them down by saying they are lying about their results?
They have absolutly nothing to gain by sticking around and helping everyone out. If they stuck around all the time and commented on the forum every day I would actually be skeptical then because I would think they have something to gain by being on here every day.

actually yes if i was lisa or nicole i would be able to understand another woman being skeptical and cautious so i would come back to the forum and write back to them to keep their hopes up if it worked for me because this is sort of a serious matter and all of our feelings and bodies are involved and this forum is pretty much all we have to turn to and we havent seen anyone yet who has completed their 6 months and some of us dont have this kind of money to be spending and by the way i sent my 3rd e-mail to BA and again they said i would receive a response within 24hrs and its been so long i think im just gonna give up.....good luck LADIES

Hey I'm new to the forum, but just started on Breast Actives yesterday.
I'll keep you ladies updated as to my results... I'm a petite 32a, 5'3 and weigh 120 pounds with a Japanese heritage... so it's almost no wonder why I'm not very voluptuous. Hopefully, that will all change within these next 6 months!
