Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

For those of you who may not know who I am here is a link to my original submission to PublicHealthForums.com that was featured on their website.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

That's It Good luck ladies

Hey I'm new to the forum, but just started on Breast Actives yesterday.

I'll keep you ladies updated as to my results... I'm a petite 32a, 5'3 and weigh 120 pounds with a Japanese heritage... so it's almost no wonder why I'm not very voluptuous. Hopefully, that will all change within these next 6 months!

The best of luck to all you ladies trying it out right now and I hope I can help those of you who are looking to try it. I'll probably post about every month or so to give you updates. I can only hope my results will pay off!

excited to go bra shopping for bra's that aren't just white, black and RAINBOW!

Alyssa,I totally hear you and desperately want this to work too. You're also right about this being kind of the only place we have to talk about this with other girls, and it really helps having a supportive group of ladies. So it's really discouraging when the only two women who seem to have gotten really good results aren't replying anymore. But richard does have a point that if you did gain you desired results and were only getting criticism about it your motivation to continue responding would definitely decline. Also have you tried contacting BA by phone? Just might be easier to get the timely respone you want and actual answers to your questions. Although it still wouldn't excuse their tardy email response.

I think I'm going to start BA early may when I'm done exams. So everyone's updates are really appreciated and I'll take pictures and add updates when I start. Good luck everyone, stay positive!

Oh and just a couple quick questions for anyone using Breast Actives if anyone has time to answer them that would be great! For ladies like me who are just starting this whole thing what advice do you have? I read Nicole's post in which she emphasized staying away from caffeine, are there any other dietary suggestions you could make? Does anyone have a sorta set diet they find is great, or book/mags with good recipes ideas etc? How much cream are people applying...and what was the conclusion on avoiding the nipple or not? Has anyone tried the fenugreek soaked in water for 5hrs/ is it worth the effort??

Good luck amy and everyone else!

ALYSSA-How long have you been taking Breast Actives? I wouldn`t give up just yet. At least at the end of this you can say you went through with it instead of just giving up. Maybe your out come will be good, maybe not. But at least you can let others know your out come of the product and help others and give them advice. I have been reading this forum for about a month and a half now and id really like to hear everyones out comes and not here anyone give up. I am a 34 small A-cup right now and Like i have said before i am a single young mother and would love to hear 6 months use of the product before buying. Im rooting for you and all the other women on here. We all can relate-I wish mine were bigger too So Alyssa keep your chin up high and i have my fingers crossed for you and all the other women on this forum :P

So check it. When I first started I noticed small results, but they quickly went away. Now they seem to be comming back. It's been about a month. So I'm hopeful.

I was wondering if there's anyone out there who's used Breast Actives for awhile now and had seen some development, then it stopped and picked up again later on.
