I'm new to this forum, but I've read most of the replies here.
I have just placed my order and waiting for the 6 month package to be delivered.
Before trying it out, I'm going to take the pills to my doctor and find out if it would be safe to use them.

I decided that i will continue updating all you ladies with my news and progress in detail.
The thing is I'm 19 years old and I'm currently a 32A (i don't even fill my bra up to be honest). I'm 170cm and I'm very thin... I'm very self conscious when it comes to my upper body because I hate the fact that I'm completely flat, but I'm determined to do everything possible in order to have bigger boobs (I'm aiming for a 34B, at least), except going through surgery.

This is why I have decided to try out Breast Actives and, thanks to my determination, I'm planning on doing it properly and no matter what I'm going to finish the entire 6 months! I'm going to stop eating chocolate and drinking hot chocolate (i hate coffee so cutting down on it doesn't make a difference to me). I'm a bit of a gym freak so i will be exercising as usual and because of the fact that I'm really skinny I'm also going to work on gaining weight, which means i will be increasing my calorie intake.

So my plan sounds really good, and I'm hoping for the best. The thing that I didn't like about breast actives was the fact that, although they have a phone number on their site, it was impossible to contact them! The number just didn't work and when iI tried contacting them through their website (aka through e-mail) they never replied back even though they did say that they would reply within 24hours. I'm sure I'm not the only one who experienced this, but I'm going to try and ignore it and will continue with the pills and cream as mentioned.

I do have a few questions and I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out a bit although from what i can see most of you are new to this also:
- Are there instructions sent to you with the pills and creams?
- How much cream would I have to put on?
- Did any of you experience any side-effects that you think are related to BA?

well, if you click on Breast Actives Forum and select the first one on the list, you'll probably find all answers to your questions. I know, there are about 34 pages of posts on there, but I think it helps a lot.

4/18/2008 3:54:03 PM Hi ladies, I am also new to this forum but have been reading occassionally. I did not find this until after I had purchased a 6 month supply. Like everyone, I am anxious to see if something like this really does work. After reading about other products, resources kept pointing to BA as the best. I am about to finish up my first month. Although I'm not expecting miracles, I'm hoping!! I'm 5'2, 100 pounds and a 32A. I would like to at least look good when I put on a bikini top. Luckily, I did not have much altering to do, as I already maintain a healthy diet (even though giving up chocolate has been quite the challenge!) and I exercise regularly. I will keep you posted on my progress and keep my fingers crossed!!

4/19/2008 9:03:33 PM Hey ladies! I think I'm at about 2 1/2 months and I definitely notice a change. At first they got firmer and fuller, then back to normal. The second time I started my period they increased, but when it ended they didn't go back to normal. It's been about a week and they are looking much better. I'm still an A cup, but a fuller one. Here's hoping!!

They dont send you any booklets or instructions and i didnt know you were suppose to take them at the same time everyday till i started reading the forum.

Ladies, do you take 2 pills a day?? putting cream on twice a day too??? i have been taking 2 pills together in the morning and applying the cream. I also read on their website you are suppose to do some sort of excersize with the pills but when i got them there were no instructions!! who knows. Maybe surgery is the only answer to our dreams.

4/21/2008 6:40:19 AM Kim - You can find the massage techniques at BreastActives.com/members. I take the 2 pills together in the morning and use the cream twice a day. It's a good idea to increase your protein intake (the protein powder)as well.

4/21/2008 11:40:01 PM Hey ladies.... im on my 5th bottle and so far i just noticed that my breasts are firmer then before and also i believe that prolly my breast size did increase a little but still nothing to noticeable. Im Still size 32A..I'm just going to keep taking the pills until im done with my 6th bottle that way i wont feel like i didnt finish 6 months and just give up in the middle. I hope all of you are having good results from BA. Please let me know how is it working for all of you THANX
