Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

Diane, it isn't good to take double the amount of pills. That's way too much! Take the recommended amount, but if you want you can use the cream twice a day instead of once. Taking an overdose with the pills will not speed up the results. If you want to increase your size faster then follow the advice which was given on the 'Does Breast Actives work?' post in this forum. There are tons of useful information and if you don't really have time to read through all the pages you can find a message that i wrote (its on the last pages) in which i have gathered all the information from previous pages

Hi, I think some pills do works I was taking quick bust for about 4month and my brest got fuller and firmer "BUT" I gain about 5 to 7 pounds around my tummy area, I drink 5 to 6 cup of coffe every day but it did not help the wight. My husband was mad at me because I take pills but How I feels is #1 I have 4 kids, I'm 35years old and my brest was 34c One thing I hate is when I lay with my husband my brest farout of my bra and I feel so same. 'Well I stop taking Quick Bust because I got very emoitional and get mad at anything so quick.

I did not want to spen 250.00 on some pills but I want my breast back Im not looking for bigger breast but If i can go back when i was 21 I will be very happy.

I'm hopping this Breast Actives pill don't make me gain or give me upset for no reson.

Izy, I did lost my fuller and firmer breast when I stop taking pills but who know It was not Breast Actives. so keep your hope.

Hi Vicki..I noticed that you directed Kym to a website to find the massage technique. I tried accessing it but I have not found this information. I would really appreciate it as I have been using the product for three months now and would really like to do everything to maximise the results. As it is, its hard to tell if im increasing or not so Im being patient.

Can you give me any further information you have on these massage techniques. Cheers

Nop, im lying bigger is allways better, and sexy. what is the breast size can increase up to?? beside my husband I would love it if i could be like 34D or bigger......LOL............

lee, Breast Actives hasn't gotten me emotional and has not made me gain weight either. I do work out though. I will keep my hopes up while im taking this pill. Hopefully at the end of the six months i can see a noticeable difference.

I hope so too the other pills that I was using was only 80.00 for 6month maybe thats what it is(Ingredients is not the same). good luck for all of us and keep us input.

I agreed with you working out is heathy, I need to work out for the very best and I start working out today and
I hope I lose this tummy.
I got email from Breast Activest saying they ship the items today n I hope I get it next week.

About Nicole???? I saw her photo 3days ago but I gust she take that down. wonder why???
I know for sure that breast pill do work but I feel that nicole is lying.
to me it did not look natural. now we all know how our breast look and feels......lol....

Thanks Elena for your information & advice!! I also read yours on Breast Actives-journey to success(hopefully)-its helpful! I was wondering so in addition to the pills & cream to help you more, you can also take protein powder(body fortress or can it be any kind?), vitamins(any?), & fenugreek seed pills(how many & how much?) thanks for any kind of info!
