Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

i have a question. okay i know it works because i tried it for a month and it started to work now my question is do you have to keep taking it forthe rest of your life or can you stop when you achieve the results you want

They say you don't have to but some people lose there fuller and firmer looks (I did too) but I gust it's up to you for me Im going back to pills.
I know lot of people saying there breast got fuller or firmer (me too in past) but that's it. I want to know if any one here that increase your cup size (beside fuller or firmer)
I will be happy to upload pic soon just take one with my cell phone today but my order is not here yet but I be happy to keep you guys update!

WOW,,,, WOW... WOW!!! YOU KNOW I ORDER THIS BREAST PILLS ON Tue, Apr/22 2008 16:29 AND IT'S HERE IN MY HOUSE WOW WOW WOW I GOT HOME FROM WORK TODY AND IT'S HERE! TODAY IS APR/25/08 I DID NOT PAY MORE FOR FAST SHIPING BUT I HAVE TO SAY WOOW.

Hey all! I have read several of the pages, but I have a question before I order:
Some of you said you have experienced weight gain. I have been trying to lose weight and have sucessfully lost a couple pounds, which was really hard to do. I do want to increase my breast size but I don't want to gain back the extra pounds...unless it is in my boobs lol

So my question is, did you notice the weight gain anywhere specifically?? Was it in your breasts or no?

Hey there everyone!
In my opinion, it's best to take the Breast Actives pills for the entire 6 month period if you want to reach top results. This is what I'm planning on doing. If I'm impressed with the results I will continue taking the pills (but only 1 pill a day, instead of 2) for a few more months just to ensure that I do keep the results. I read somewhere that it's good to keep taking the pills, but half the dose for a little longer. To be honest, I don't mind that as long as I reach what I want!
Ericabear, Breast Active is not meant to cause weight gain. I think that any weight gain u might notice would be on the breasts, which makes sense. I wouldn't worry about it that much, although it could be best to just make sure you work out several times a week. A good exercise program could work wonders you know
Ames, I'm sorry to hear that breast actives isn't working for you. What month are you on? Maybe you should finish it completely?

ericabear, Hi well for me it's round my tummy area and my arms.
I learn one thing, if you want to keep takig the pills or cream please keep up with your workout so you don't endup like me.
weeeeelll, I got the shipment but one of the cream jar was Broken so I email them and they email me back and say they will replace one jar.

NO Ames if you want to return the items it can not be open BUT" there is $5 per restocking charge even if item is unopen, or has not been 90days
this form say it all it works for some people not all people and I feel sad that it did not work for you.

Hi Lee. I actually did end up getting the better business bureau involved and they agreed to return my money as soon as they heard from the BBB. I am still currently waiting on their directions on how to do so.

hey, i ordered my pills today so i'll be checking back on and off when i get them. but i was looking on the BreastActives site and it says that the INGREDIENTS are FDA approved, but the pills themselves haven't been. i'm kinda worried about that, does anybody know if that makes such a big difference in safety?
