Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

I am now in the end of my 5th month....not seeing much of anything. I actually started taking double dose.(2 in AM and 2 in PM) Don't say this is harmful, because its not supposed to be "harmful" to begin with. I have read other Breast enlargement Ads that say you can do that. I excersize a little and gave up coffee..............disappointed? yes. any feedback?

Hi ladies,

after reading a few reviews from different sources I have a kind of feeling that pills work better for those people who already have medium or big breasts and they want even bigger (like B to C or C to D). Has anybody ever heard about a cup size increase from A or AA to B?
I'm a skinny girl (100 lbs) and my breast size is hardly 32A. I really don't like to have big breasts. Only half a cup or a cup would be great for me. Has anybody even heard about somebody in my situation who has got good results?

I think it would be better if everybody explain her physical condition (weight, bust & cup size) beside reporting results/ no results. It would be more informative.

Hey, I have been taking this pills & cream for about 3 1/2 weeks and I dont see any change I thouth Breast Actives is better then Quick bust AND it's NOT atless I saw and feel fuller with quick bust at this time iam getting little mad at how much money I spen on breast actives. well I though breast actives is better because they also give you cream with it and I don't any thing yet.
When I was taking quick bust i only use pills 3time a day and I think I only spen about 75 to 80 for 6month supply I WISH I USE THAT MONEY TO BUY THE 24MOTH QUICK BUST SUPPLY BUT WELL THERES MONEY DOWN THE DRAN...... IAM KEEP TAKING THIS PILLS AND CREAM AND I HOPE I GET MY MONEY WORTH..

OH i also read this post. i just started my second bottle.. I was a 10AA when i started and still am a 10AA.
i have gone from xs-sm clothes, and getting bigger.. ive been eating well, but gaining weight, i get slightly sore boobs, but no growth as yet.
i am annoyed but not overly concerned about a bit of weight gain.
i have noticed my periods are irregular lately, but i am unsure if this is the Breast Actives or not!!

I reeeeeeAlly want these to work.
if they dont after 6 months, i will return them.. and get surgury, i would prefer to just get up to at least a B cup..
Cmon!! im a AA!!! they dont even sell many bras this size, except for Girls!! it sucks
id love to hear from many of you on this program, and please anyone with results of piccies, please email me!!!!

i am also taking pics before and then in 4 then 6 months.. fingers crossed!!!

Hi im new to this and i ordered Breast Actives five days ago with a money order and i called today to see if they got the payment and they havent! does anyone know how long it will take for it to get from iowa to nevada?

Hi girls!

I'm new to this product, and i'm not really convinced if i should buy them or not. I'm not trying to grow more than a cup. Will a month suppy work???

If you're trying to grow more than a cup, a month supply won't get you there. I suggest buying a 6-month supply since it's cheaper. By the end of the 2-months, you can pretty much determine if you're getting good continued growth or not. Return to unused the 4-month supply if you're not happy with it. From my experience, I noticed results within the first few weeks and thought that I would continue to see the growth. But it slowed down and barely picked up again. So I'll finish my 5th bottle by end of this month, but I don't think I even got 1/2 cup and don't think I will. It seems that those who have gotten good results got the initial firmess or growth and continue to see results month after month, not the "I think I got growth" one month and the "maybe not" the next month feeling I got. Because each person responds differently to Breast Actives I hate to discourage anyone's use based on my experience. But I do believe that you can pretty much determine how your body responds to it after 2 months.
