Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

koko...I've read a lot of these forums, and the most important thing is to use it at the same time everyday WITH the pills. I don't think using the cream more often than that one time would harm anything or cause any henderance to any of your results. What could it hurt? I don't use it, but maybe twice a day at times, just because I don't want to use the jar up before the month's over with. Just be relaxed about it.

i'm wondering how important it is that you take these pills with food and water, like they say? and what's the difference between using this cream to massage your breasts, and regular lotion? why use THIS cream? (very confused)

Hi ladies, I have used Breast Actives for 6 months, not just didn't work but when I went to get my money back, which they say they would give it back, I did not get. They said I placed an order not from their original site, they claim to be another company and that I should contact the company I had placed order from. But when trying to do that,company gives me their same phone number and say they just resale the item. Anyways, I got a dispute going on to get my money back right now and got a complaint going on at BBB. PLEASE, DO NOT USE BREAST ACTIVES!!!!

Hi everyone! I found this forum and after spending hours reading all the reviews I decided to buy it. I'm 18 years old, wiegh 125, and 5'5 hieght. I'm pretty healthy, I exercise at the gym at least twice a week and try to eat heathy also. I'm on my 3rd week of Breast Active's and so far I'm satisfied with the results. I've definitley noticed fullness and firmness. I was surprised to see a difference so fast. I fill a B cup completely and its kind of tight on me so I usually stick to C cup bras but I don't always fill them in. I have noticed the difference now though. I'm hoping to completely fill a C cup before end of July. I wanted to look really good for summer so cross my fingers !!! I'll keep you all posted.

P.S. Ladies also remember different pills work differently on each and every body. If one doesn't work don't give up. We are all beautiful and we all deserve to feel confident!

LADIES PLS READ:i used Breast Actives for a few months and then i stopped after i didnt see results and after reviewing this forum.ladies:what more proof do u need,we have not seen even one person who's boobs have grown and they are satisfied.all we hear is their tingly(which is what i felt too)and that they hurt from time to time or that they have grown but not enough to tell when ur wearing a shirt?!they dont even have a hotline we can call for support,they say u have to e-mail them and they will immediately respond,so i did 3 times and NO ANSWER EVER!i know how much we want to believe that this works because i am the same way but it is clearly a scam and ive been checking this site for so long hoping that at least one girl got a real pair of boobs that she is satisfied w/ from using BA.and that does not include nicole who was here only to try and promote BA to us and then when we started to ask questions she disappeared,i will notbe surprised if i get booted from posting this as there was another girl who got kicked off the site for an unexplained reason.ladies who have not tried it yet,my advice would be dont waste your money and not just because it didnt work for me but because of all the facts in front of us.i will not give up hope that maybe in the near future their will actually be a pill that works because if they can give men hormone pills that give them pretty nice size boobs over the process of a year that is,then why not us women who already have the tools to grow boobs?!my heart goes out to you all and id be more then happy to hear any responses you might have.very best of luck ladies.

Alyssa - I know your frustruation. I've been using it for almost 6 months now and I've seen only small growth. But I've read other posts where some have seen large growth so I don't think it's a scam. If you go up to the top of this page and click on Breast Actives Forums, you can find other Breast Actives forums. Go to Does Breast Actives Work? There are lots of posts. Obregatta & Marie have gotten very good results. But I have to say that the majoritity of the ladies using BA are not getting as good results. I've concluded that the results vary from person to person. Until you use the product you don't know if it will work for you. Personally, I would not recommend BA because from all the posts that I've read, only few are getting the results they're looking for. If anyone is interested, there's another product out there that I've been researching where I've seen lots of positive feedback. Website is Natureday.com. There are lots of testimonials out there. After I finish my 6-month supply of BA, I'll take a break from breast enhancement products and maybe try Natureday a year later.

Where can I see nicole's before and after pics? I just started Breast Actives about a week ago, and I've been searching the internet to find before and after pics but can't find any.

a lot of you are saying they got bigger then smaller then bigger again. I want to hear from someone who has stopped taking the pills. do you just go back to what you started?

Hey everyone! I skimmed through a lot of these posts trying to collect some answers to my many questions. I am currently in the middle of my 4th month taking BA and I have not seen many noticeable results. I never had soreness in the beginning, but experienced a random spell of it last month. I thought that my breasts were growing in the start, but it seemed to have stopped (like many women are saying). Someone posted about mood changes with depression and I HAVE experienced that for sure!
I wish I could tell the "newbies" great advice for great results, but I unfortunately do not have any because of my lack of results. I am very confused at this state because this is my last bottle and pod of cream, and I do not know if I should order more, or try a different company. I just do not want to stop in case it'll start working next month, but I do not want to keep paying for a lost cause.

Has anyone experienced these issues/concerns? Has anyone just kept trying and eventually had results? Also, I was thinking about the 90-day money back guarantee, but I am on my 4th month, past that day, so cannot I not receive money back since they aren't working? Or can I send in the empties?
